Family Reunion

We rented this house to stay while attending a family reunion about 10 miles away. Great location with a small sand beach and clean, up to date house with amenities such as coffee to get you started, bath soap and shampoo and laundry/dish soap. My only critique is there is apparently a long-term resident staying in the loft above the detached garage...would have been nice to know that before our arrival...or to know this before booking.

Great river experience

New, clean, comfortable, it lent itself to hosting a great vacation week with our family. We rented the garage apt. which gave us another space. The dock and adjoining beach were nice features, too.

Beautiful relaxing home!

The communication was exceptional. The home is well apointed, very clean, pretty and has an amazing view. I wish we were there in warmer weather to appreciate all of the fun toys for the river but we enjoyed walks, biking and running in the woods, relaxing while we enjoyed the river views by day and a sky full of stars at night. We also enjoyed cooking in the beautiful well appointed kitchen!

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

For our last chance at a summer get away, we let my teenage grand children pick the spot and home. They selected this beautiful home and location at Cobbs Creek. The setting is idyllic. So very quiet and peaceful. The home is perfect in every way. The kitchen is a dream all top of the line appliances. This home is well equipped for water activities, cooking a great meal and just plain total relaxation. We didn't mind the day of rain because the home has a spectacular front porch. This home has some great restaurants and shopping near by. We will definitely be coming back to this Cobs Creek home.
