About this property

World class ocean views on a sugar sand beach!

Beautiful home located right on the ocean and sits on a sugar sand beach. Truly, world class views from all 3 levels. 4 br, 3 Ba, large lower level game room. The home comes with a dock for fishing and sea life viewing. Possible manatees, dolphin, rays and much much more. Kayaks, paddle boards and kids toys are available. A fish light turns on at night for viewing Tarpon, snook, snapper and plenty of ocean creatures. Take a long walk on the beach to collect shells, view the sunrise. The property has coconut palms, banana trees, various fruit trees. The Gulf of Mexico is just a few blocks behind the house with a neat “Jungle walk” close by.
The home was featured on HGTV’s beach hunters season 2 episode 11. It has a modern look that is beautifully decorated with an ocean theme.
The house is close to everything you need. Beach front restaurants, snorkeling, fishing, sunset cruises.
Rentals are from Saturday-Saturday which is typical for the Keys.

Please put trash cans about 10 yards to tight of the mailbox on Monday and Friday after 5pm. Bring the cans back to house on Tuesday.

Perfect family getaway!

Absolutely PERFECT vacation spot. The home is beautiful, the location is unbeatable, and the host is really great. Wish every vacation could be this good. Such a great location there are no others like it in the keys!!! Hopefully we will be back!

Property was Beautiful. The neighborhood was great to get out and walk/ loved that it is a dead end. It was unfortunate that we came during the seaweed issue , which in turn made the beach / water not usable and the fishing lights were not working. Our neighbors ( .. Josh and family were amazing !)

Wonderful vacation

The view is unsurpassed! We could sit on the porch and drink coffee every morning with the most beautiful view! Wish we could do that every day! The kids loved being able to walk out of the house and be right on stay here again! Location was great and owner very responsive if we had a question! GREAT vacation!

Can't beat being on the beach!

Our large family truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Right on the beach. Great dock for fishing and swimming. The owner has thoughtfully provided almost everything you'll need to enjoy the outdoors.

Wonderful Views and Location

It isn't possible to be any happier with the location, the views, the amenities, and the fishing (right from the dock) than we were. Todd is very responsive and almost instantaneous. Our family, which includes our two college kids and their significant friends, had a very fun and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to the Keys!

A Perfect Waterfront Getaway!!

Our return at this beautiful beach house on the water was even better than we remembered. The views were absolutely stunning—waking up each morning to the sight and sound of the water was so peaceful and refreshing. Whether relaxing on the balcony or inside the house, the scenery was always front and center. The beachfront location is ideal for anyone who enjoys fishing—we caught many fish right from the dock. It truly felt like a private escape, yet still close enough to local shops and restaurants when needed.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and soak in the view. Whether you’re a fishing enthusiast or just looking to unwind by the water, this beach house is a perfect choice.Highly recommend—can’t wait to go back, again!

Vacation

We had a wonderful time here. Location is amazing and very quiet and relaxing. Perfect for fishing on the dock. The street is safe for walking and bike riding. There are restaurants close by for those that like to eat out, but the kitchen is amazingly equipped for those that like to eat in. This is the best equipped kitchen I have ever had in a rental property. Todd was an awesome property manager. If I had any questions, he was always available to help. If you want a relaxing and peaceful vacation, you cannot go wrong with this property. If you love to fish, this is a great spot. We will be coming back here.

Perfection!

The house is amazing, plenty of room for everyone of all ages! The location is perfect too! It's very close to restaurants, shopping and attractions but the real perfection is walking across the beach to the ocean. We so enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and evening and listened to the waves and watching the water. There's a nice pier with a deck at the end for chairs plus fishing gear. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of basics like plates, bowls, glasses and flatware. It was great having a washer and dryer to keep up with wet clothes. I've never rented a house that had so many nice bath linens, plenty of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Plus plenty of beach towels. Plenty of bed linens plus extra pillows. The beds are super comfortable. Kayaks and life vests were great to have for a little ocean exploring. This was a great house for our family vacation and we would definitely stay here again. The house was spotless! Host was super responsive and helped with dining recommendations. Definitely a super host! Thank you for a great vacation!

We live in the property most of the year. After we bought the house HGTV called us to be on the show Beachhunters. We are season 2 episode 11 if you would like to watch it. There is a Facebook page we created called Life’s a Beach. Connect to that to read and see all about the Keys and the area. We love the Keys. There is nothing like the Keys in the US. We have created so many family memories on this small piece of heaven. There is so much to explore on land and sea. The history of the keys, the pirates, the shipwrecks, reef, restaurants, tours, Key west night life

Why they chose this property

Where to start? There is a whole lot to love about this place.
Straight off the dock is - The Florida Reef is the only living coral barrier reef in the continental United States. It is the third largest coral barrier reef system in the world. Wikipedia
-The Thunderbolt a sunken ship straight off the dock. Great for fishing and Scuba.
-Sombrero reef and Coffins patch for snorkeling.
- A sandbar is just down the beach. Great place to boat or Kayak. You can kayak around the island with trails cut through the mangroves.
- Fish viewing at night at the end of the dock is spectacular.
- Fishing, swimming, paddle board, kayak, snorkel right out the front door.
- The gradual sand beach is wonderful for kids and adults.
- Collect sea shells on the beach, go for a Long Beach walk, build a sand castle, volleyball, badminton and just getting son on the beach.
- Bike paths all up and down the Keys.
- The iconic 7 mile bridge where Arnold rescued Jamie Lee in the Harrier jet. It’s now a neat walking and biking bridge with breathtaking views.
- Catch lobster and crab not far off the dock.
- Beach restaurants and bars are everywhere.
