Overall location is great and convenient.
Maybe changing the gross stained bathroom mat out (in master bath) with a nice clean new $5 one from Walmart.
2 week stay, with wife, plus mixing it up with a friend and one son. Excellent place, everything we needed, nothing we didn’t. Bonus - on the ground floor, so no stairs at the end of a hard day on the slopes!
We had a great stay for the price. It is an older apartment, but it was clean. We appreciated comfortable mattresses and the bunk bed in the second bedroom. Hosts were responsive.

Great 2 bedroom condo. I ski/snowboard and location was great. 5-7 minutes from Canyons and 15 minutes to Main St. I like the staying in the Kimball Junction area due to affordable dining options and shopping. This place is super convenient. I will definitely stay here again. Property manager was super chill and easy to work with.
Convenient location, 35mim from SLC airport, 18min to Deer Valley, surrounded by restaurants & supermarkets, etc. Clean and spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo, great for our family of three coming for a skiing trip. 1st floor condo, close to parking lot, and you get a designated covered parking spot. Appliances (dishwasher, washer, dryer, stove, microwave, oven) all work well. Mattresses in both rooms are great! Karri has been very responsive. We had a great time!

Booked this as was looking for decently priced last minute stay for skiing.
Loved the cosy apartment. Really well equipped kitchen with new appliances and super clean.
Owner super quick to respond to questions and helpful tips.
Was able to stream sports easily and appreciated the kitchen utensils/crockery for self catering. Also tea and coffee provided.

We were in Park City while our kiddo attended camp at Woodward. This unit was the perfect location, with easy access to Woodward and Deer Valley/Park City. We had two adults and two kids. There was plenty of space. The unit was clean and well equipped. Thanks for a great stay!
Outdated 2 BR and a little small, but nice area and owner/manager was over-the-top in her communications and helpfulness.

The Powder Wood complex was built between 1983-1985 and although it is not the most modern, it is still a nice complex and the photos are a true representation of the property. The condo is approximately 875 sq. ft, which in my experience, is decently sized considering the rental rate and location. I strive to provide extras like cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, ample cookware and Roku on every tv. My appliances, faucets, shower heads, linens, tvs and furnishing are updated. I respond quickly to inquires/questions and do everything within my power to provide the best experience possible.
Me, my wife and our kids (21 & 16) stayed five days. Super easy drive back and forth to both Park City and Canyons! The kitchen is well stocked for meals. The washer and drier were clutch! PLENTY of hot water. FIRST FLOOR access is awesome for luggage, etc. Also, absolutely loved the ROKU Guest TV that allowed us to log into our favorite streaming services.

The apartment is exactly as described on the web page, no unpleasant surprises. It was a perfect place for our ski week. The apartment is exceptionally well supplied: from utensils to to coffee to washing fluid. When we had problems with heating and hot water, the owner response was immediate.

Great experience. Everything was as described and shown in pictures. Price is right and close to shopping and restaurants. Little extras were available like clothing detergent. 25 min drive to Park City Mountain in moderate traffic conditions leaving around 8-8:30. Snow conditions take quite a bit longer. We will be back!

Unit was clean, well located. Easy access to I80, shopping, restaurants. Minutes from historic Park City. Owner communication very good.
The unit itself could use an update. Unfortunately during my stay the occupants of the unit above were quite noisy; sounded like construction during the day and lots of moving around during the night. This is beyond the control of the owner but affected the enjoyment of my stay.

Hi Timothy! May I ask what you believe could use updating within the condo? I try very hard to update as needed and would love your input here! The complex is older and there are things I unfortunately have no control over. That being said, I do try to make up for it by going above and beyond on the things I can control and keeping my prices at very reasonable rates for the area.
I am sorry to hear about the noise levels from the upstairs neighbors! Had I known, I would have called the management office. I will call them this week to ask they remind the upstairs neighbors of quiet times. Thank you for taking the time to review my property! :)
I wish I could give this host negative stars! I did not feel safe knowing she allowed others to have the code to the door during our stay.
I checked in with my 3 kids and on the 2nd day of our 5 night stay I was 100% certain someone had entered the home. When I contacted the host she assured me my code was the only one used that day. Either she lied to me or she gave MY personal code to someone else. After I contacted VRBO they agreed it was not a safe situation for me and my children and VRBO paid to put us up in a hotel for one night and suggested I request a refund from the host for the 4 unused nights. When I requested the refund from the host she replied
“Message from the host
Hi Vicki - VRBO needs to help you. VRBO let me know that on top of the $100 refund, they gave you a free night elsewhere. I am sorry to say that you should have pushed them harder to resolve in a manner you felt was acceptable. I truly hope you can convince them to help you further. Sincerely, Karri”
Why should she be paid for the 4 nights her home was vacant due to the fact that SHE allowed her cleaning team to access the home during my stay WITHOUT my permission? When I asked her that she stopped responding. It should not be on VRBO to refund me for the unused nights and the rep helping me even called Karri multiple times recommending she refund me which she refused to do.

I value all my guests' opinions and strive to provide the best experience possible. Your review significantly differs from the feedback I have received as a VRBO & Airbnb host for over a decade. I care tremendously about my condo and guest experience, and go over the top to provide extra perks and a comfortable stay!
I genuinely believe that your review does not fully reflect the reality of the safety of my property and hosting standards.
I promptly attempted to address the concern you raised over the mop. I did not hear from you until you requested a refund a full day later. You gave me no chance to resolve the matter of the missing mop, nor did you disclose that VRBO had given you a free night, leaving 3 nights.
When I spoke to VRBO, the agent agreed that it is not unusual for a trusted cleaning person to have access to a property they clean and did NOT advise me to issue a refund, seemingly understanding my stance on the situation.
VRBO charges hefty fees to both hosts and guests. I am not a company and only own this 1 property that I self-manage. While I am not dismissing your sense of safety, I do feel personally validated and am disheartened that VRBO is doing such a poor job of protecting its assets. Full disclosure, I have not gotten a penny from VRBO from your stay at this time and am very close to discontinuing my listing with them.
Good location, easy access. Site amenities are a bit old and needing maintenance, but that is not the fault of the owner of this unit. The exterior staircase to above units is loud, so if you have small children or dogs that scare easy, be aware of that. Otherwise, a nice and comfortable stay.
