🛏 A Main-floor master bedroom with a premium King-size bed and bedding linens, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs
🛏 Two upstairs bedrooms, each featuring a cozy Queen-size bed with quality bedding for a restful night’s sleep
🍳 A fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and almost everything you need to prepare meals at home
☕️Coffee & tea: A traditional drip coffee maker provided, along with ground coffee, filters, powdered Coffee mate, a kettle and tea bags provided for tea lovers.
🚿 Two fully equipped bathrooms (One on each floor), stocked with shampoo, shower gel, fresh towels, and tissue
📶 Free high-speed Wi-Fi and online streaming TV for work or entertainment
🛋️Enjoy the cozy, gas-operated fireplace during the winter season.

🔑 Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, and the private backyard. Please note that the GARAGE AND BASEMENT ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE, as they are reserved for storage.
⚠️ Other Things to note
⚠️ Payment schedule: 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before arrival.
⚠️Cancellation Policy: Paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, subject to a 20% processing fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival. (Please note: For VRBO reservations, the VRBO service fee is handled separately by VRBO.)
⚠️Refundable Security Deposit: A pre-authorization hold of CAD 100 may be placed on the day of arrival. Please note that this is not a charge. It will be fully refunded after departure, provided there is no significant damage found beyond normal wear and tear.
❗️ Guest Registry: As required by Niagara-on-the-Lake bylaws, all guests must complete the Guest Registry Form before arrival. (We’ll send a QR code link.)
❗️No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted at any time; Guests may be asked to vacate the property without a refund if a disturbance or noise complaint occurs.
❗️For safety reasons, BBQ grilling and EV charging are not permitted.
❗️ No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home. Additional cleaning fees may apply if residual odours are detected after checkout.
❗️ Exterior doorbell camera: There is a doorbell camera at the front door outside the home. No recording devices inside the property.
❗️ Please keep your valuables safe. The promenade cottage and its staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Please remove shoes when entering the cottage.
Please wash the used dishes before leaving
To help keep the cottage pest-free, please seal and store any strong-smelling or pest-attracting food in the refrigerator, and do not leave food out on the counters overnight.
We do our best to prevent bugs, but guests might still see occasional seasonal insects, especially in warmer months.
Please keep your valuables safe. Addison House and its staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
