Our historic farm home was completely renovated in 2019 and transformed into a comfortable space for travelers to take in the finest that Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer. Quality finishes, antique furnishings and thoughtful design make this home a one-of-a-kind Wine Country escape.

The home is private to guests, disinfected between bookings, and with self check in no interaction is required, for a safe, contactless experience.

Property was as described. The place was clean and the host responsive. The kitchen was not as well equipped as other places we have stayed. We did make a few suggestions to the manager who thought the owner would be appreciative of.

Perfect sized charming farmhouse

We had a blast on our girls getaway. This charming farmhouse was the perfect size. Erica was very accommodating. We would recommend to anyone planning a trip to NOTL.

The Beat Place in NOTL

This the best possible place to stay in Niagara on the Lake.The house is perfect and has everything you need and want. Everything works perfectly and the decor is gorgeous.One can enjoy the sunrise over the vineyard from the patio and the amazing sunset over Lake Ontario from the porch. The views cannot be beat.Erica and Co. are professional and courteous and is a pleasure to deal with them.We highly recommend the Butler House and we will be back for sure.

Beautiful Vineyard Escape!

Beautiful restored home on a vineyard. Very easy to get into town and to local restaurants and vineyards. Three comfortable bedrooms and modernized bathrooms en suite. Very clean and spacious! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Stay was just lovely!

We missed in the description that Lake Ontario can be viewed from the porch! The view includes beautiful sunsets and a panoramic view of Toronto from afar! Such a pleasant surprise! We loved our stay. The house is clean, comfortable, and in a peaceful setting. Up and down the street are many produce stands (fresh food is not far away), and it is a reasonable distance from many attractions. Though it is outside of the city, the house is not far from it and its conveniences. I am already longing to return! Thus time I want to bring my husband, so he can see all I am raving about!

Fantastic stay!

We booked the house with 2 other couples to celebrate birthdays. The house was perfect for 3 couples. Plenty of room to sit and relax. House was totally updated! It was well stocked and very clean. Perfect location! Host was very easy to work with and answered all our questions! We would definitely stay there again. Great weekend!

Charming Property

Quaint accommodations nestled in the heart of Niagara on the Lake wine country. You can literally walk across the street to a winery, ride a bike, or take a short drive to many of the area wineries. Close to the downtown area, but still far enough away for peace and quiet. Loved the modern farmhouse vibe and being nestled in the vineyard itself! You can't go wrong with this property. Would definitely book it again.

The location of this rental is just magical - right in the vineyards, and looking across the lake to the GTA. Perfect space and size for 3 couples. We really loved the clever combination of old-style farm-house with modern kitchen and bathroons. Erica was so helpful with some little queries that we had. Thank you!

The vineyard views with the lake in the background were picturesque. The house was perfect for 3 couples and had several seating areas that were perfect for socializing. The house was fully equipped including coffee and tea. Erica was a great host! She arranged to some wine stocked for us on our arrival and also made great restaurant recommendations. Communication throughout the entire process was quick.

Farmhouse oasis

We would definitely stay again! The house is perfect for a family of 4 - everyone gets their own space for quiet time yet the communal rooms promote family games and meals. The patio with a fire on the vines is an oasis. The front porch offers an amazing view of more bikes and the lake. On a clear night toy see the To city line! Short bike ride into Old Town for coffee and shopping. Do try Gelato Di Carlotta !!!

Staying here felt like being in Napa. The house was better than in the pictures and the location on the Vineyard magical. The hostess, Erica was incredibly helpful, efficient, and available. Would definitely stay here again.

Just like home

With Covid we decided to meet our adult children and their partners in Niagara-on-the-Lake for a long New Years weekend. Kitchen and dining area were fantastic for cooking together, enjoying excellent wine and trying new and old recipes. The rooms are perfectly set up for three couples, and each bedroom having its own ensuite is so efficient and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back in the spring/summer when the grape vines are growing and we can bike around the communities. Thanks Erica for being a great host!

Relaxing & Beautiful Getaway

Each year my family spends a weekend in NOTL. This year we lucked out and found this gem of a home to stay in! We felt immediately at home and enjoyed every moment. Home on the vineyard

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this heritage farmhouse property. The home was comfortable, clean and spacious. We enjoyed hanging out on the front veranda watching the sunsets and having morning coffee on the screened in porch. The host was very responsive and her recommendations for a wine tour company and restaurant for dinner were absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.
