Check in was easy and the property was easy to locate. Right in the heart of Liverpool City centre great location and great property would definitely use it again.

Interesting apartment in Great location

Architecturally interesting and well laid out with quality furnishings. Slight criticism about the pots and pans/kitchen knives etc they could be due for replacement. Unfortunately the maintenance team needed access during our stay which wasn't convenient. They also didn't appear to have solved the problem, which I think is due to the hot water being set to scalding. The apartment is let down a little by the communal stairs which could do with regular hoovering. Also worth noting that if you book parking at the Pall Mall NCP, inexplicably they only allow you to enter and exit once even if you are staying several days
