About this property
Gorgeous Bayview 2Story Loft w/Upper Deck/Firebowl
A two story treetop loft with multiple indoor bioethanol fireplaces, a huge full bar with a wine-chiller, a huge 400 sqft park-overlooking upper level deck with a 4' natural gas firebowl and outdoor entertaining space. The perfect place to kick back and relax with friends! Best location in Milwaukee and certainly in Bay View, with downtown Milwaukee only a 6 minute drive away.
Beautiful huge 2 story Bayview Loft with skylights - best location in Milwaukee right next to South Shore Park includes full bar and two living spaces with gorgeous views from almost every room. High styling meets modern amenities with Memory-Foam mattresses, toilets with heated seats and bidets, Reverse Osmosis drinking water system, Nespresso coffee maker, and three separate natural gas and bioethanol fireplaces, 2 indoor and 1 outdoor.
This unit occupies two levels of a spacious historic home built in 1895 with gorgeous architectural features and high ceilings, a huge second floor outdoor deck directly overlooking South Shore Park with views of Lake Michigan. The lower level has a gorgeous living room with bioethanol suspended fireplace adjoining the full bar, grand outdoor deck with 4' natural gas firebowl and outdoor seating, the dining room, 1 huge bedroom, the kitchen, and full bathroom. The upper level is fully furnished and features giant skylights, bioethanol suspended fireplace, and three treetop level bedrooms each with their own giant balcony-skylights with full bathroom. Laundry is in-unit on main floor featuring brand new commercial quality equipment.
Highly available, only as needed- we will provide our phone numbers and email in case of emergencies, but non-emergencies please use the Airbnb messenger.
On Saturdays from late June until mid-October there is a weekly farmer's market directly across the street in South Shore Park with fresh organic goods and produce.
Bay View is a hip and eclectic neighborhood popular with families and young professionals. Home to one of the city’s most popular bar districts, it’s also a hotbed of local art and creativity with gallery nights, a thriving farmers market which is just 100' from our front door and one of the city's most beloved weekly concert series in Humboldt Park during the spring and summer. You'll find plenty of opportunities to get outdoors on lakefront trails or at beer gardens in neighborhood parks.
Walk everywhere from the place, whether a short stroll along Lake Michigan or the park across the street, there are many options including excellent restaurants, vintage shopping, bars, coffee shops or neighborhood gathering places to explore all within an easy walk.
There is a great walking trail along Lake Michigan, the Oak Leaf Trail which goes down right next to the water and the beach areas at South Shore Park. Everything is only blocks away, well within walking distance or a 1-4 minute Uber.
Downtown Milwaukee is a 5-6 minute drive away, so it's incredibly convenient.
