Ground floor, coastal inspired little vacation home for your Rehoboth Beach escape, perfect for friends or families. It is located in a beautiful community with a pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and a playground for kids.

You are a short bike ride to Tanger outlets or just a 7 minutes drive to Rehoboth's beaches, restaurants and shops. You will also have access to a biking rail trail through beautiful local nature, which can take you to historic Lewes or the Cape Henlopen State Park (with quiet beaches, fishing peer, hiking, etc). Waterpark (Jungle Jim's) nearby as well.

Self check-in with keyless entry (code provided the day before check-in).

For longer stays, perfectly located for day trips to explore: Cape May (take ferry), Ocean City MD, Assateague Island, and more.

Condo features smart TVs in all rooms for streaming, as well as WiFi. Bathrooms are newly updated, with a supply of paper and soap/shampoo products. Bedrooms include 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and an extra optional twin cot. Bed linens included in your stay. Open kitchen is equipped with all you need if you choose to eat in, and includes a drip coffee maker along with complimentary coffee and condiments. Washer and dryer are available in the unit as well. Bring your own bath and beach towels.

Parking spots are located in front of the condo.

A beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs are included.

No pets and no smoking is permitted.

Check in is 4pm, check out is 11am.

Relaxing retreat

We had a wonderful time at Ana’s property. She had a lot of extra supplies that we were very happy she had provided for us. The condo was very clean and had good amenities. The pool was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Ana is an excellent host.

Great location & amenities!

My daughters & I took a last minute vacation to Rehoboth. This condo was perfect for our family! Had everything we needed. Was in a perfect location to the beach & boardwalk. And we loved having the pool access as well. Thank you Ana & your family for being such great hosts!

Well worth it

We have stayed in this neighborhood for the past 10 years and this rental was definitely near the top. Easy drive to the beach or walk to the outlets. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It backs up to some woods which makes it nice for privacy on the back porch. Very nice rental and we really enjoyed our stay.

Since we had never used VRBO, it would have been helpful if the listing indicated the renter should bring sheets and towels. We had to borrow towels from our daughter who lives nearby. The unit was adequate but geared toward a family with children.

Rehoboth beach condo

Absolutely lovely. The condo appeared to be brand new. Everything was clean, neat, nicely decorated but not cluttered. Great location. It seemed to be only a 5-10 minute drive to everything- the beach, restaurants, mini golf, Cape Henelopen. The kids loved the pool, which was only a 2 minute walk from the condo, and we used the bike path several times. Overall, we thought that it was a wonderful family vacation. Loved the condo.
