This property sits in an ideal location just 1 mile from Jungle Jims Water Park, the Park and Ride and a short 2.5 mile drive to Dewey Beach. You can enjoy tax free shopping across the street at Tanger Outlets and walk to several restaurants including Jimmy's Grille, The Crabhouse, Ihop, and A Touch of Italy. You can enjoy a relaxing day on the screened-in deck overlooking the pond, or take a dip in the pool. Saturday to Saturday weekly rental (check calendar for availability). Send one half of rental fee with the signed lease to hold the reservation. Send the second half of the rental no later than 30 days prior to check along with a refundable $200.00 Security Deposit and upon receipt I will send information regarding check-in. PLEASE NOTE: all payments for holiday and peak season are non-refundable. Must be 25 years of age to reserve. Condo is a second floor unit. No pets of any kind. No smoking
