3 Bdrm Delray Beach Oasis! Heated pool, Hot tub, Pets OK. Close to Beach.


Stay minutes from Atlantic Ave. and the beach! Modern, yet very comfortable and very private! Three bedrooms and two full baths, plus an expansive outdoor shower. Enjoy this "pet-friendly" oasis with amazing extras, which include a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, "hidden" movie room, tiki-style cabana with outdoor living space, bar, and TV, separate lounging area with fire pit, grill, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a washer & dryer, excellent WiFi, a new central A/C system, and a spacious, fully fenced-in backyardwith lots of privacy. Small pets may be accepted with owner approval. Please inquire before booking.

Perfect for couples or a small family. Great neighborhood with hiking trails, walking streets, and lake views throughout the neighborhood. Very quiet and safe. There are all kinds of fun things for the beach at the property, including beach toys, inflatable floats, boogie boards, snorkels/masks, beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas!

Please note that there is a 1-WEEK MINIMUM, MID-NOV - MARCH, and a 4-NIGHT MINIMUM ANY OTHER TIME OF THE YEAR.

We just completed a very enjoyable two week stay at this property in Feb. 2026. It was exactly as advertised: Well located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to both downtown areas of Boyton Beach and Delray Beach.The best part was definitely a terrific outdoor space with tons of seating areas, heated pool, grill and side yard. The house is both well maintained and well appointed, with more giant TV's that we could ever watch and a strong WiFi signal, which was important as I was working remotely while visiting. If I could offer the hosts a couple of suggestions. Based on the VRBO photos I got the strong impression that the inside of the house was drenched in light and sunshine. The reality is that they used powerful professional lighting systems to capture those images. The dining room, living room and bedrooms only had table lamps and they were actually quite dim at times (especially over the dining room table). More and stronger lamps or ceiling fixtures would be a terrific addition and better match the marketing photos. Second, the bathrooms probably could use a bit of a refresh as the shower fixtures were dated, and the smaller of the two bathrooms had limited counter space and no cabinet or shelves to store toiletries. Lastly, a big shout out to Bridgett from the property management company. She was really responsive and check in with us several times during our stay. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Highlighting a career in the hotel and restaurant industry, they owned and operated a AAA-rated, 4-Diamond Relais & Chateaux hotel and restaurant in New York's Hudson Valley, where they hosted countless notables from Barbra Streisand, Paul Newman, and Mick Jagger to Meryl Streep and Kevin Bacon (to name-drop a few).

More recently, they owned and operated a more "relaxed" inn on Cape Cod, which gained worldwide notoriety as "One of the top pet-friendly properties in the USA" by CNN, "One of the top inns in New England" by The Travel Channel, and was in TripAdvisor's 5-Star Hall of Fame. They sold it in December 2020 after 21 successful years. 

Tom and Ali recently replaced the ocean with the mountains, moving to Asheville, NC, where they spend half of their time (the other half being two miles from the house in Delray Beach).

Tom is an award-winning hospitality copywriter who provides written content for the hospitality industry. Ali is a personal trainer for senior women and can often be spotted working with clients on the beach. When not in "work-out mode," she can be found where she is happiest—in the kitchen with her three Yorkshire Terrier sous chefs, a glass of wine, and a killer recipe!

Fantastic location! Located on the border of Delray Beach and Boynton Beach puts the house just minutes from Delray Beach's Atlantic Avenue, Pineapple Grove, our world-class beach, and downtown Boynton Beach and Boca Raton!

The Chapel Hill neighborhood is highly regarded, family-friendly, and very safe. Great for walking the neighborhood or the nearby walking trails, Great lake views all around the immediate area.

Heated saltwater pool, hot tub, two outdoor living spaces, fire pit, BBQ, "hidden" movie room, tiki-style cabana, outdoor shower, large private yard. This house has a modern look and feel, yet is entirely comfy, cozy and non-pretentious! Minutes from everything!

DOG FRIENDLY! Dog's must be 40 pounds or less, non-aggressive, well-behaved, and at least 1-year old. A dog fee applies. Your dog needs to be approved by the owners.
