Great time at property

He had a great stay at this property. Check in and communication was smooth, arcade games were fun for the kids, pool and house was clean. Great time overall! Theatre worked great and TVs everywhere.

I come to Florida often, and love the Champions Gate area. I've even stayed in several other houses in the area too, in fact , prior to this one in October, it was Aug ’25 and Aug ’24 before that. This one is now a little tired and in need of some attention. We lost the AC upstairs overnight, had a leaking kettle, a toaster that burned the toast, corkscrews that didn't work, the bluntest knives in the world, a coffee pot for 2-people, yet its a huge house. However a number of the games, that made it an 'Arcade' didn't work from the get go, and the reason we selected the villa in the first place.While there were towels, you could see through them. Overall this property was probably one of the poorest for the premium price. Ok, issues were responded to and sometimes issues do happen, but it was somewhat disappointing.
