Overall the house was great. Family really enjoyed the movie room, the game area, the pool, and all the themed rooms. Everyone had a great time and the house was just like the pictures!

Beautiful vacation home! We felt comfortable, safe, and right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, welcoming, and made for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed our time so much that we’re already planning to come back—and next time, we’ll definitely be staying longer! Highly recommend!

The house was as described, the hosts were easy to stay in touch with throughout the trip and when the propane was low the property manager was out there on the same day to replace it. When we come back to Orlando, we will check to see if this house is available first.

The property is large and well located. The host is responsive and helpful! The property is tired in places and isn’t particularly represented well in the photos. The outdoor area is tired and the furniture needs replacing, it’s not very comfortable to relax there. The bathroom areas are a little tired too and could be cleaner. Overall a nice family stay but the villa did disappoint in places particularly outdoors.

Melissa - Some of the outdoor cushions are stained, but clean. We are replacing them. We received no messages from you except about the trash pickup and an issue with a toilet that we took care of. Not sure what you meant by the photos not being representative. We have not heard that before. We try hard for 5 Star reviews. Your 3 Star review seems a little harsh. Anyway, thanks for staying with us.

This a great place to spend time with family, no need to go anywhere else. We had our adult children and in laws stay at the house and everyone was entertained. There are tvs everywhere and arcade games, Xbox, pool tables and a pool with jucuzzi jets that work great. The host was amazing with good communication as well as detailed instructions on how to operate all of the theater projectors We will definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Castle Getaways at Canterbury. The house was exactly as pictured. This home is like visiting a theme park, the kids loved it. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host, Keith was seamless; he was responsive and friendly, and check-in was a breeze. We highly recommend this property and plan to book it again on our next trip to Orlando because we wouldn’t be able to beat it.

Wonderful Home

We stayed for a week with 7 kids between the ages of 3-10, they loved the house, and said it was the best house they have every been too! Great location to all the parks!

We loved the house. The kids got a big kick out of the themed bedrooms and they especially loved the bunkroom with the arcade games. We had plenty of space for everyone.
