This property has luxury upgrades and offers a full bedroom with primary bathroom and a stylish open concept living area. Both the bedroom and living area feature 55 inch smart TVs to relax after a day of exploring Savannah.



The home also includes an outdoor courtyard with a hot tub to sit back, relax and enjoy outdoor Savannah living.



Parking Information:

We offer free off-street parking with one garage parking space. Large SUVs or full-size pickup trucks are welcome, but we kindly ask that you check with us in advance to confirm fit, as the garage door is slightly narrow. Once inside, the garage is spacious.

For reference, your host Allan parks a Toyota Tundra, which fits with the side mirrors folded.

Savannah Stay

We had a great stay at Allan’s property. The apartment was stocked with all you could need. It was very walkable to the riverfront, market, and Forsyth Park is steps away. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

Very beautiful apartment with many great amenities. A full kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom all updated high quality. Your own garage and hot tub on lovely private patio

Savannah sight seeing

Nice one bedroom one bath condo. Very clean and had all the essentials. Everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive. Only negative was early morning traffic was a bit loud, a trailer down an old brick road is an alarm clock. Definitely worth the price!

The location is very convenient for walking around in downtown area. Everything looked exactly as it described and super clean. It is perfect for couple or family with young children. We did use the sofa bed in the living room for my son. The mattress for the sofa bed is a little bit too thin, so you can feel the spring inside. There are extra sheets and pillows for the sofa bed, but no comforter-better prepare one if you plan to use the sofa bed.

Savannah trip

I prefer vrbo's to hotel/motels because I like the privacy. This was one of the best. I chose a house with a hot tub and this spot was perfect. We originally booked for three nites and added a nite. The transactions were smooth and the host was a huge help and was very nice. The chalet itself was cute and the bed was awesome. There is some street noise(love the brick streets) but it didn't really bother us. the courtyard is private and the artificial plants never need watering. The garage was a plus because parking is sparse. Great trip! use
