The apartment is a super cheap ocean front home so you're getting what you pay for. Pros: cost, it's very convenient right on the beach and the beds were comfy. Cons: The apt is very run down, the stove barely works, the oven burned everything, the place smells like moth balls, the AC was left off when we arrived so it was stuffy hot and smelly. The water main broke while we were there and no one provided us solutions until the next day when it was fixed (24 hours without running water on vacation). Do not rent unless you're cool with a cheap run-down crash pad on the beach.
