Centrally located cape cod close to the bay and beach in Surf City
This cape cod home is close to the bay beach with a short easy walk to the ocean. Ground floor has the living area, kitchen, dining and a sun porch and 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. Upstairs features a master bedroom with a queen and a half bath, the other bedroom has a king sized bed and a trundle bed with 2 twins. Out doors is a fenced yard and large patio with plenty of outdoor seating Owner provides a beach cart with 4 beach chairs and 6 beach badges - tenant responsible if lost. Owner provides pillows and blankets. Roof deck is unsafe and tenants are no longer able to access it - if found you will be asked to leave with no refund of unused rent.
Security deposit is $250 if you take the $70 Security Deposit insurance.
