Beachfront OZsome Dream Come True at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort was just renovated for 2024 and is ready for your next vacation! Featuring a living area and master bedroom both overlooking the white sand beaches and emerald waters, a private balcony with access off the living room and master, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area and plenty of lounge space on the leather reclining sofas. On the 6th floor, this beauty is at the ideal level to enjoy unencumbered views of the crystal clear water from both the living room and the master bedroom. Adjust your gaze just slightly down off your balcony and see the heated Tower 2 pool with waterfall, hot tub, and sun deck with free lounge chairs.

The master is fit for a king and queen! King bed, full size dresser, flat screen TV, and floor to ceiling views of the water and sand. There is an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has all new beds…a queen bed plus a twin over full bunk. There is access to the second bathroom in this bedroom, that bathroom also has a door from the hallway. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo, with a hand held shower wand option and movable grab bar for ones who need it. We provide a hairdryer, bath linens, and there are built in night lights. There are also 2 portable air mattresses, twin and queen, for additional bed options beyond the 4 beds in the condo. The living room features the most comfortable leather couches in EBR, with built in recliners to kick your feet up as you watch the shore or the television….or take your afternoon snooze. We added a lot of extras to make your stay more comfortable and easy! For your littlest beach goer we have a pack n play and booster high chair to use, free of charge. The pack n play has a changer and bassinet option for under 6 month old, upon request. For ALL the beach lovers no matter your age there are sand toys, volleyball & frisbee, beach chairs, umbrella, wheeled beach cart, and more in our beach supply loan closet. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, plus fridge with filtered water and ice maker for your coolers for your picnic on the beach. The tower 2 parking lot has the pedestrian/golf cart bridge that goes over to the clubhouse, golf course, convention center, villas, and more, so you have easy access to that part of the resort when you stay with us! We have intentionally selected a variety of puzzles, books and DVDs to have in the unit, keeping in mind the different interests and ages and the desire to have electronic-free and ad-free non-internet entertainment options during vacation!

You can eat on site beachside at Oceans and get staples at the Marketside, but walkable options for food are abundant outside the manned security gates of EBR—everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, Fast Food, and an ice cream shoppe. A new donut shop called Parlor Donuts is another must-try down Front Beach Rd. There also is shopping galore, of course! Walmart is just down Front Beach Rd from our condo and has same day delivery.

Resort fee includes one parking pass, second parking pass is available for $30 plus taxes. Edgewater Beach Resort policy is renters cannot bring pets or ESA.

We really enjoyed our stay and this condo! Clean, perfectly located, beach right there out your windows, and a close pool too! Condo was stocked perfectly we had everything we needed and then some. Management was friendly and responsive! We will be staying here next time we go to Florida!

Awesome place to stay!!

This condo was clean, updated, decorated nicely and had a great location on the beach! We walked down the beach to a couple restaurants and noticed there were a lot more people down the beach further. This location was less crowded so you could always find a good spot to sit for the day. The private tower 2 pool was awesome for a quite swim, and the large pool at tower 1 is available if you wanted some action or a larger pool. We loved it and will definitely return!

Well thought out condo, and such a perfect view! King bed was ultimate comfy! The owners were easy to work with, no issues. We appreciated them having the pack and play and high chair for our active 8 month old! They seemed to have thought of even little things like night light placement. Definitely recommend edgewater and this condo!

Wonderful Stay

We just got back from our stay in this lovely, renovated condo at EdgeWater. We have rented several condos at this resort over the years, but this was definitely our favorite. The condo was clean, lovely, and well-appointed. They even have a closet devoted to beach supplies/toys for you to use while staying. We usually stay in tower one, but I found the view from this condo in tower two to be much more peaceful and relaxing. The owners were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this condo and would not hesitate to return.

The condo was beautiful, very clean, not outdated. Looks to have been renovated recently. Living room furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The king size bed sleeps like heaven, and has a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. The condo had plenty of room for a family. Bonus of beach chairs and an umbrella to use also. Would definitely stay again, and will recommend to friends and family.

Home away from home

This is our first time in any vrbo or arbnb, and didn't really know what to expect. The pictures were great and when we got there it was just as nice as the pictures. Vacationing with a two year old, you can't eat every meal out, so it was so nice to find a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The condo was spacious,with plenty of room for the 5 of us, and nicely updated. The beach view was nice and water was wonderful. Plenty of pools to chose from at the resort. Our first time in PCB, loved the area. Thank you Jason for being so helpful and available when we needed you.

This place really is OZsome!

We have been coming to Edgewater for 20+ years. This is by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. The owners are very organized and have done a great job making it easy to book and relay important information about our stay. The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. From the moment you walk in you can tell the owners were really thinking about their guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with various cooking utensils, pot and pans, and even a crock pot. There was an abundance of bath towels which I really appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for our family of seven in the den. They even had lots of games and movies available for rainy days. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

We live in Kansas…so No Place Like Home is our Edgewater Beach Resort Condos, named OZsome Dream Come True and OZsome Beach Retreat, both 2 bed 2 bath units in Tower 2. These condos are ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’ for vacationers wanting an escape. Take note that our condos do have their own website, so if you want even more details, photos and tours of either one, search for it online. There are no other OZsome named condos at Edgewater!

Why they chose this property

Jason started coming to Edgewater Beach Resort the second year it even existed, 1986! Many family vacations were had over the next 3 decades, and we decided it was past time to own at this classic resort of PCB! Our children are growing up visiting EBR and we anticipate the tradition continuing for decades more.

What makes this property unique

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort, offering a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, hot tubs, water sports/activities sign up on site when in season, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. Across the pedestrian bridge is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.
