We just finished building this large luxury marsh front home in March of 2023. To say that this house is SPECTACULAR is an understatement. The house is located in the gated neighborhood of Compass Point, a short stroll to the famous Crabdaddy's Seafood Bar & Grill, and the King & Prince Resort.

The house is 4,200 sq feet and on the main level there is an open concept design featuring an oversized carrara marble island with top of the line stainless steel appliances. Gas cooktop, Bosch Fridge, first class appliances. Off the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 8 and 5 barstools in the kitchen as well. Large living room with smart tv! Off the dining room is the master bedroom with 2 oversized closets and massive master bathroom. The master bedroom and living room both have their own access to the large deck overlooking the pool & marsh. Master bathroom has double vanities & large porcelain tub and a huge walk in shower. It is stunning.

On the top level, there are 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own unique feel and has been professionally decorated by a local interior designer. Two bedrooms upstairs share a jack & jill bathroom and the two bedrooms closests to the rear deck have their own private bathrooms.

Outside, we have a massive pool that can be heated for $50 a day or for $300 for the week. We also have an outdoor seating area with a large TV, Traeger Grill, Ping Pong Table and Cornhole Games!

Fabulous property

Absolutely loved this property. It is a beautiful home and very close to the beach and easy access to great dining and the village/pier. We had maximum capacity of 13. The extra room over the garage was perfect as we had mostly all adults with only 1 child. We highly recommend this property for large families.

Loved this house so much! Beautiful, spacious, clean and bright! We had 9 people stay there very comfortably! The outside pool and sitting area is amazing for hanging out, not to mention private and beautiful! The owner was very nice and super available for anything we needed! Beautiful house that provided a great environment for our family of 12. Pool was a big hit with the kids and proximity to restaurants etc was also very convenient. Wonderful stay on St Simon

We had a wonderful stay in St Simon. The house was gorgeous and so much space. The house easily fit our family and everyone had their own space. We have three children (12, 9 and 8) and two adult children and there were times were the house was completely quiet - that almost never happens!! The pool was awesome and my kids loved the ping pong table as well. Our first time to the island and we will be back. Just enough restaurats and shops for us and it was never too crowded. The house was close to everything! The beach (very close golf cart ride) was beautiful. We loved it there are hope to come back soon! James was so great to work with. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at Hacienda SSI the week of the Fourth of July was wonderful…… The house has a fabulous layout with very high end touches…… we enjoyed the easterly view of the marshes.(where the battle of bloody marsh of 1742 took place.. Who knew I must read)…….. we watch the sunrise and the moon rise from the salt, water pool….. we got an extra treat because the moon was the largest for the year…. The whole family enjoyed relaxing and playing in the pool in between our basketball games, corn hole, and table, tennis tournaments……….. but the cherry on the top was the panoramic view of all the fireworks from the pool and the porches…. we were able to enjoy Saint Simons, Jekyll ,and Sea islands fire work displays……. A fabulous 2 hrs of fun….. we will definitely return to Hacienda Saint Simons Island…… PS the host was wonderful, hospitable and helpful
