Just steps from the iconic Pier and Village, Ocean Pearl offers a luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat where the beauty of the ocean meets unparalleled convenience. Enjoy the spectacle of passing boats and playful dolphins right from your window. The condo's prime location ensures that the best of St. Simons Island is just a stroll away, including shops, restaurants, and scenic spots like the lighthouse and Neptune Park.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons). Group events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups, etc. are strictly prohibited.

We had a great stay. Very clean and in the heart of town. We enjoyed the Beach, pool, and also sitting out on the covered deck. Very comfortable beds, furniture, and deck seats. Great location and well maintained property.

The balcony view was excellent. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had a problem with the coffee maker and called ,John Sparks was there within an hour with a new coffee maker,he was very nice, explained and showed us how to use it.I could not express enough how wonderful Susan from LILMAR was during our stay. She helped me book another stay at the same condo while we were there. Will definitely be using LLIMAR in the future.

Super clean, comfortable, needed nothing as the host has a great place. Was further from the beach than I thought but all is walkable and we grabbed some bikes! Great restaurants and wait staff at each restaurant was great!

This property is fully equipped and updated in a perfect location near the St Simons Pier. Parking was plentiful and easy walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and shopping.

Nice getaway

Loved this location! Spent a lot of time out on the deck. Weather was a bit cool, but the sunshine and views made it perfect. Loved that we could walk to several restaurants, shops and attractions too.

Loved the unit and location!

Perfect location to walk for ice cream, shopping and dinner as well as beach during low tides. Granddaughters loved searching for tree spirits when not jumping waves or enjoying the pool. We would definitely stay there again.

Paradise

It was the perfect short vacation. Aside from carrying all our luggage and groceries up 3 flights, everything was amazing. We spent almost our entire vacation sitting on the comfortable and spacious balcony enjoying the ocean and people watching those on the pier. We also loved that it was a very short walk to enjoy many shops and delicious restaurants. It was a wonderful experience for our first trip to St. Simon’s.
