This 1,400 sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 2-bath home combines modern coastal décor with comfort and convenience. The open-concept living area includes a 75” Roku smart TV, board games for the kids, cozy throw blankets, and plenty of seating for movie nights or lazy afternoons.
You’ll also have a full-sized washer and dryer, iron and board, and even a drying rack for swimsuits and beach towels.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and an eat-at bar for four. A FlexBrew 2-way coffee maker accommodates both K-Cups and grounds—perfect for morning coffee with a view of the fenced backyard. The dining area offers plenty of space to gather for meals or plan the next day’s adventures.

The garage accommodates one vehicle and has space for storing fishing gear or luggage. The driveway fits 2–3 additional vehicles comfortably.

• Must be 25+ to book (HOA RULE) (rental agreement & government-issued ID upload required) | Maximum 8 guests
• Golf Cart Rental: $55/night, may be added after booking & must be rented for all nights of stay or the remaining nights left.
• Golf Cart Driver: Must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license.
• No Pets Allowed.
• During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable occupancy ratio is one (1) person age 25 or older for every two (2) occupants under the age of 25 but over 18. During spring break (all of March & April) Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires that all occupants 18 years of age and older must submit a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) at the time of booking. Please note that city ordinances supersede the policies of third-party booking platforms, including Airbnb and VRBO.
• Per Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667, guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian on the property after 10:00 PM, including parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. This ordinance is enforced during High Impact Periods (March 1–Memorial Day) and on additional dates as designated by the city. Citywide curfew hours for minors are 8:00 PM–5:00 AM, during which minors must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian anywhere within Panama City Beach, including sidewalks, beaches, parking lots, stores, and public parks. No more than two (2) minors may accompany one (1) parent or adult guardian.

We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.

For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:
