Welcome to your luxurious retreat on the West end of Panama City Beach, where relaxation meets coastal charm at every turn. Circle Dr. is thoughtfully designed layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
There is a spacious kitchen for culinary adventures, and a cozy living room for family gatherings. The dining area is perfect for meals or a board game on a rainy day. Circle Dr. would not be complete without the wrap around deck to enjoy that first cup of coffee in the mornings or the sunset in the afternoon.
The outdoor areas leave no stone unturned. From the playground in the front, to the fire pit in the back, there’s no area that you won’t enjoy at some point during your stay. Under the home you will find a covered area sure to bring everyone together with comfortable seating, games and additional dining space.
The beach is a short walk away for sandy toes and salty air. Or take the neighborhood friendly golf cart, provided complimentary, to haul all the necessities to the beach access.
Explore nearby restaurants, for a taste of local flavor. 30A Avenue is a short distance to your left. Nearby restaurants include Amigo’s, Amici’s, Shades bar and grill (open late for you night owls), Salty Sues. Don’t forget to visit Thomas Donuts down the street. They do lunch too! Sunnyside grill is not to be overlooked either.
Pier Park is to your east, if you are looking for shopping and other activities, that is the place to be. Pier Park has lots of entertainment including the Skywheel. Top Golf has joined Pier Park East to add to the fun!

Relaxing Beach with Lots of Fun Extras

This home is perfectly situated in the quietness of Laguna Beach with convenient close proximity to Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach. We felt right at home and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. From the gas golf cart to the huge fire pit, it was a great stay. It was very cold but in warmer, there’s lots more “toys” on hand to enjoy like a hammock, playground, bikes, and more.

We just left from a 4 night stay at this cozy property. It’s older, but obviously a lot of effort has been made to make it as modern as possible. Positives: - It had more than enough space for our family of 4. - The communication from management was excellent. They were super responsive. - The location is quiet and it’s a super quick drive to the beach - The bathrooms were nice- My sons loved the bunk bedsNegatives:- The cleanliness needs some attention. There was some mysterious brown gunk on the walls of the primary bedroom and some other walls and door knobs had stuff on them. My son’s sheets had a brown smeared spot on it. - There is no outdoor shower or hose to rinse off sand before going inside. The driveway is mostly sand and beaches don’t have foot showers so if you don’t like dry sand on your feet, it can be an annoyance- We picked this property over some more cost effective ones solely because it had a golf cart. Unfortunately, the golf cart didn’t work and while management said they drove it the day before, the seats were covered in dirt - looking like it hadn’t been touched in weeks or months. A repair man took the cart for the entirety of our trip, who also took the key to the closet so we were unable to get the beach supplies we needed. These things happen and it was just unlucky for us but would have liked to have been offered some reimbursement or replacement since we booked based on having that available.- Flatware didn’t appear clean
