Just as pictured

Walked in, smelled clean and looked clean. Nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable (like my Stearns and Foster mattress) so were the sofa and chairs. Impressed by the soft white towels! And it was quiet.

Lily Pad Condo

Perfect location and place to stay for the Gulf Coast 70.3 Half Ironman triathlon. Just a few things for the owner to note for future guest. The Keurig coffee maker was not working. Also, the toaster does not work.

It was fine for just the two of us, but definitely needs updated technology. Old outlets that don’t hold new plug ins well. TV is small and doesn’t work well. Internet goes out often. Place was clean and well maintained though. Probably priced too high though.

Five star location, two star experience

The location was convenient go so many things. Great restaurants, beach right across the street. The room is like the pictures. Small but had what we needed. Recommend bringing a power strip, most of the outlets are old and loose, unusable. If you’re looking for a pool option look elsewhere. There are several and none were crowded. But they give 80s motel energy. My neighborhood pool at home has more vibe. I’ll also say there’s no benefit to booking the villas ahead. I booked ten months ago and ended up paying double what the rate was a couple weeks out.

Thank you for your review. Power strips are not allowed per the new ordinances in place by the fire marshall. I've contacted maintenance to take a look at the outlets. The pools are maintained by the resort. Rates fluctuate constantly due to supply/demand. It's similar to items that go on sale at a grocery store.
