HOME RULES:
--Please park vehicles at the rear entry and extras on the street in front of the home
--Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house and on the backyard patio
--No events, parties or large gatherings; outside speakers & mics NOT allowed on the property
--All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. A non-refundable $50 fee per pet per stay is assessed for all pets
--Please do not rearrange the furniture around the house
--Unauthorized guests NOT allowed to stay overnight
--No food or drinks in the bedrooms
--There is an additional charge of $29 per person per night for guest count greater than 10, this will automatically be reflected in the booking when the number of guests is entered
--Please keep garage door closed and all the doors shut at all times to avoid little critters finding their way into the house and to keep the heat out
--Please not turn off backyard/patio lights off when not in use
