There’s five well-designed bedrooms, each complete with a Smart TV. Here are the sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom #1: Master Suite-King bed + twin bed + twin roll away
• Bedroom #2: King bed + two twin beds
• Bedroom #3: Queen bed + Twin bed
• Bedroom #4: Queen bed + full bed
• Bedroom #5: Full-over-double twin bunk + twin roll away
• Living room 1: Sectional sofa + air mattress
• Living room 2: Sectional sofa (sleeps 2)

The three full bathrooms feature premium finishes and all the essentials you’ll need. Enjoy tiled walk-in showers, a deep soaking tub, and stunning custom vanities with chic metro-style lighting. Plus, there’s a well-equipped laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Guest access:
You’ll have the entire estate to yourself, including the gym, pool, entertainment pavilion, laundry room, and peaceful verandas. Enjoy full privacy and exclusive access to everything during your stay.

Other things to note:
• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round
• There are neighbors, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available for $100 per day, with a 2-day minimum, and can be heated up to 82°F. Spa heating is always complimentary and available from 8:00AM to 10:00PM daily!
• Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Hosting more than 16 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to additional fees and availability.
