Building amenities; Pool, Hot tub, Sauna and Gym. As well as outdoor amenities such as BBQ and hot tub on the 8th floor.

The unit has both beautiful Lakefront and CN Tower views in the heart of Fort York
Literal steps away to and from Billy Bishop Airport.
Close and convenient grocery and pharmacy shopping (Loblaws, Farm Boy & Sobeys)


As this is my lived in space and not an extra vacant rental, there are some personal belongings in the unit. However they will be either tucked away or removed.

And would like to stay for awhile! However I do travel around a lot and thought perfect opportunity with VRBO to keep this place since I do love it so much!

Why they chose this property

The gorgeous views! Both Lake Front and CN Tower! It's Everything! It's also still in a busy enough area to not feel completely shut off. But quiet enough to not feel in the thick of the downtown core. I love this location!
