Fantastic home, location, and views! Provided the perfect setting for our family to gather to celebrate our daughter's graduation from CU. The location could not be better....just a short drive into Boulder, Louisville, or the shops in Superior...all with sweeping views of open space and the mountains and walking trails that start at your doorstep. We enjoyed the outdoor space, pickleball, and bocce too! 10/10!

What makes this property unique

Did we mention your own Pickleball court? The views can't be beat. Steam shower in the Master bath is a luxury. Just sitting in the backyard feels like a vacation get-away...priceless.
