It was the perfect place for our multi-generational family to gather. We enjoyed the grill and outdoor seating area, the large dining room table, and the large seating areas, both upstairs and downstairs. Check-in and check out were smooth and easy. Communication with the host was excellent. We especially appreciated the touches for our young family members like a stroller, pack n play, and humidifier.

Great home for our family trip to Boulder. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out, and was great for our toddler and infant. Neighborhood is very family friendly, and less than 10 minutes from pretty much everything in town.

Great Experience

This house is beautiful and the location was perfect for us. Loved the outdoor deck and the easy access. Great amenities and basics provided. We would definitely return to the area and this house with a group of us.

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely 4-bedroom home. My family and I were in Boulder for my daughter's wedding and this was the perfect place for the 4 of us couples. The place is spacious, with a large living room, dining room, breakfast table and all the appliances and utensils you'd need. The neighborhood is also very nice - it is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of coffee and other breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The hosts were very responsive - I cannot rate it highly enough and would book again in a heartbeat!

Nice home in peaceful residential area

Plenty of room in this home! Our favorite part was actually sitting outside on the deck with pergola. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of natural beauty.

Great Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Loved the outdoor patio for gathering over coffee each morning to plan our day. Peaceful neighborhood with a great park nearby that our grandkids enjoyed walking to. Short drives to downtown Boulder and CU. Management team was very responsive and helpful.

The property was very much like the pictures. The communication was excellent with all messages responded to within an hour of sending. The temperature in the house was difficult to regulate so the basement was freezing, but luckily we only used that space for sleeping! Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

Don’t know why the previous 5-star reviews

Surface clean; found spiders, killed 3 in master bedroom. It’s not “luxurious” unless you consider an air conditioner that wouldn’t cool below 76 the first day and a refrigerator that wouldn’t cool, so we had approximately $250 worth of groceries we had to throw out; It’s a noisy neighborhood, with barking dogs and screaming children. Maybe if you leave early in the morning and return late at night you won’t experience those things. There are no tissues provided so pick them up ahead of time or you have to you TP to blow your nose. Overall, the worst VRBO we’ve experienced and we’ve been all over the US and parts of Europe.

Hi Victoria, We really apologize you did not have an enjoyable stay. The AC was never broken, however we did have someone come adjust the vents for you within 30 minutes of you reporting this to us, we understand that first night was not as comfortable for you all as it could have been. The fridge is brand new and we are sorry this happened during your stay but has since been fixed. We also brought a brand new mini fridge over immediately so you did not need to throw out any food. We are sorry you encountered a few spiders, we clean thoroughly after every stay, however this time of year they are moving outside so can be spotted from time to time. Lastly, this is a family friendly neighborhood with kids around for the summer, we are sorry if they disturbed your stay. We pride ourselves on providing wonderful experiences to guests, we are sorry this was not the case for you all. Best, Kickback Properties
