Im sorry to hear that things were not to your liking, we sent you multiple messages during your stay and never heard back from you. If we had we could have brought over additional knives while you were there. We have since added another set, the desk in the unit is there due to a large portion of our guests being remote workers, however the couch and chairs in the unit should be ample as the unit is only ment to accomidate six people, as the listing states. I will however be adding a couple chairs in case guests have more than the maximum amount of people the unit is allowed to sleep. Finally, it is winter in western wny, we have had constant snow all winter and have had to clear the driveways almost daily. During your stay we had nonstop snow which adds to the difficulty of keeping it plowed all day. Im sorry we did not hit the mark on that. Also, there was a brand new bag of salt that was in the unit in the closet, if you asked or answered a single message we sent you on vrbo you would have known. Please reach out to your next host during your stay, prior to leaving a negative review after never saying a word your entire stay. Thank you.
