This place was very well taken care up, clean, and even little details like providing soap for dishwasher and hand soap and kcups for coffee so we didn’t need to go buy it. I felt very comfortable the whole time we were there.

Great condo seconds to slopes

The condo was immaculate, the host was very responsive and we had an amazing stay for a family of 4. The shuttle was a huge perk given we were there during an event weekend at HV and didn’t need to find parking in any of the lodge lots. Was a perfect weekend to close out the ski season.

The condo is super convenient to Holiday Valley and it is great looking out at and seeing the trails. The condo description and pictures are accurate, and we enjoyed our stay. We had a small snafu upon arrival, but the owner was great and reacted very quickly to fix it! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! You will enjoy your stay!

Great house and location.

Great location with a shuttle that picks you up and takes to to the main lodge. House was clean and had plenty of room for our group (3 adults and 2 kids). We were lucky enough to be there for new years and could see the firework display from the comfort of the great room! HOA came to clean the walk ways after a snow which was a nice touch. The host was fantastic and very responsive to any question we had. We definitely stay here again when we return.

Family/Friends Ski Trip

Was our 1st time visiting Holiday Valley. Booked this condo based on its close proximity to the resort. We had great views of the slopes, & location was fantastic. We utilized the HV shuttle service to access the resort. Shuttle picked us up at the condo & dropped us off at the main lodge. Very little walking required. With everyone in our group being skier's “ski boots”, that was a huge bonus! Would certainly recommend this property to any of our family & friends. We had a fantastic trip.

Family gathering

Was in the area for unfortunate circumstances, 2 family funerals. We took the opportunity for some of us to actually spend some time together and not be tucked away in hotel rooms. So glad we did. Property was very clean, well appointed and just what we were looking for. Will be looking to book here again as we have agreed with extended family to get together when there is not a reason.

Girl's Weekend

Five of us rented for a girl's wknd to celebrate my onefriends 70th bday. The condo was absolutely gorgeous along with the surroundings. Surprised we were the onlyones on the access road, but that made the tranquility even better. The only disappointment was we were under the impression we had access to the pools at the Tamarack Club; however, I reached out to them and theysaid R&M Properties never had access to their ammentities only a shuttle during ski season. Other than that we had a wonderful time, cooking, eating, playing games and relaxing. We will definitely be back. Thank you Anna Mae and VRBO for a great weekend!

Why they chose this property

We love visiting Ellicottville in both the winter and summer! In the winter there is skiing, snowboarding and tubing. In the warmer months you can bike, hike or enjoy the Holiday Valley pool. There truly is something for everyone. Being close to town allows us to take in both the shopping and dining.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is situated just minutes from the Holiday Valley Ski resort. The all day shuttle makes getting back and forth from the slopes stress-free! We are also a short walk/drive from town where you can enjoy both shopping and dining.
