Cozy and spacious duplex on the outskirts of Prague with just 35mins to centre

It is comfortable, spacious, fully equipped and safe place that feels like a home.
Home that gives you a good boost of energy and a nice touch of aware consciousness by painting and calligraphy on walls, also with huge crystal and amethysts goeds in the living room. Inspiring place, clean and quiet with simple nature and lovely views from the fields.

The surroundings of the apartment has breath taking quarries and ponds for fishing or swimming, winter skating or just sitting on a bench by the water or with calming views. Countless field trails for walks and bikes, forests as well as horseback riding, roller skates, football and tennis courts, outside fitness and multifunctional playground. We are based around fertile fields of vegetable, seeds, grain and a lot of strawberry and raspberry fields.

Monthly stays welcome & corporate invoicing available. Reserved parking.

Please leave all electrical switchers off. As by the computer, in rooms and specially in the kitchen - the kettle and toaster. Dont leave anything plugged in, mainly dishwasher and wash machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When closing the apartment door, make sure it is closed completely and locked. Close roof windows when rains and when you leave the apartment.
Kitchen counter is made of a real wood, please dont leave water on it and behind the tap wipe it always.No shoes in the apartment.No moving furniture.
Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Enjoy responsibly and be mindful of neighbors. Please respect all personal belongings at all times.
