Excellent combinationi of comfort and quiet with good access to city center. Both, A-metro and 22 tram line, are the main city center connections. All main sites reachable in 15 - 25 minutes. Large villa, 3 storeys, built in 1927, renovated. 6 km from the centre of Praha, in the district Strašnice, in a sunny position residential area (villas). For shared use: garden 1'000 m2 with lawn. Garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop, grocery 100 m, supermarket 400 m, shopping centre 500 m, restaurant, bar 200 m, café 250 m, pub garden 200 m, tram "Průběžná" 70 m, bus stop "Strašnická" 280 m, underground station "Strašnická" 280 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis 1 km, indoor tennis centre 1 km, minigolf 300 m, sports centre, children's playground. Nearby attractions: Sport/RelaxPark Gutovka 200 m, Eden 1.4 km, Havlíčkovy sady/Gröbovka, Žižkovská věž 3 km, Václavské náměstí, Karlův most, Staroměstské náměstí, Orloj, Vyšehrad, Hradčany/Pražský hrad, Stromovka, Zoo. "Art Lounge", 3-room apartment 140 m2 on 1st floor. Spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2015, comfortable and stylish furnishings: open dining room with dining table. Large living room with 2 double sofabeds and cable TV (flat screen). 2 large rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Tchibo)) with dining nook. Bath/bidet/WC, shower/WC, hydro massage bath. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher.

A wonderful appartment

We really enjoyed our stay, it was one of the nicest holiday apartments we have visited so far. The city centre can be reached quickly and easily by metro or tram. The house is on a major road, but you don't notice much of the traffic.

Sehr zufrieden! Die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit, die Kommunikation und Absprache mit Ondrej war problemlos und absolut zuverlässig. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Bilder der Künstlerin vom OG hängen in der Wohnung, tolles Ambiente. Lage zur Metro super, nur 1 Stern weniger bei Lage wegen der lauten Straße. Wir kommen nochmal wieder!

Super schöne große Wohnung. Guter Anschluss in die Innenstadt , da U-Bahn ganz in der Nähe ist und ein direkt in die City bringt, auch mit Straßenbahn möglich.

Geräumige Wohnung mit allem Drum und Dran

Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Viele Räume, schöne Küche mit allem Drum und Dran, schöne Bäder. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Matratzen waren so teils teils. Allein die Lage der Wohnung direkt an einer viel befahrenen Kreuzung mit Straßenbahnlinien führte dazu, dass die Fenster immer geschlossen blieben. Wir waren Anfang Oktober da, von daher war es egal. Wir würden trotzdem die Wohnung wieder buchen, weil man sich gern darin aufhält - gerade wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist.

Gute ausgestattete Wohnung mit viel charm

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ist super ausgestattet, vom Kaffee bis zum Regenschirm ist alles vorhanden. Die U- Bahn Station ist quasi um die Ecke und man erreicht innerhalb von wenigen Minuten die Innenstadt. Eine Anleitung für den Whirlpool wäre allerdings nicht schlecht gewesen, ohne Anleitung stand das Bad sehr schnell unter Wasser :D

Ganze Etage einer ca. 100 Jahre alten Villa. Sehr großzügige Räume, U- und Straßenbahn in der Nähe: Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Mattratzen in einem Schlafzimmer sind durch und sollten ersetzt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hemos pasado una estancia estupenda en esta casa. No le falta de nada. Hasta el mínimo detalle está.Muy bonita y acogedora, con jardín arbolado. Entorno tranquilo y a poco metros de la parada de autobús que lleva al centro. Un café restaurante exquisito se encuentra a escasos metros de la casa. Volvería sin duda en esta casa, recomiendo 100%

Traumhafte Altbauwohnung, beste Ausstattung, die wir jemals hatten. Die Straßenbahn ist allerdings etwas laut. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter! Die Pizzaria Veranda und der Sushi-Mann in der U-Bahn Unterführung haben uns bestens versorgt.

Prag gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war toll. Sie liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Daher abends lieber die Fenster zu lassen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich Straßenbahn und Metro. Ideal um in die City zu kommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Dann aber mit mehr Zeit im Gepäck.

Zentrums-nahe FeWo f. Paare u. Familien

Wir, eine 4-köpfige Familie mit kleinem Hund, hatten eine Woche Urlaub in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Altbauwohnung gemacht. Die vielen selbst gemalten schönen Bilder in den großen Zimmern mit hohen Decken und der gesamte Einrichtungsstil mit weißen und roten Elementen machte die Wohnung sehr gemütlich, so dass wir uns gleich zu Hause fühlten, da wir selbst ein einem Altbau leben. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und die Anbindung ins Zentrum perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Super Unterkunft für Familie

Der Unterkunft liegt in eine sehr Gute Lage. Direkt in der nähe gibt Metro Station und auch Straßen-Bahn Station. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Austattungen in der Wohnung sind auch top. Die kinder waren sehr glücklich und wir auch. Auch ein sichere Parkplatz für das Auto.

Liebevoll eingerichtete grosszügige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Hier lässt es sich sehr gut verweilen. Parkplatz im Vorhof vorhanden. Unsere 2 Bikes konnten wir im Treppenhaus einstellen. Gute Erreichbarkeit durch Metrostation in der Nähe, auch Tramanschluss vor dem Haus. Läden und kleine Restaurants/Takeaway in der Nähe. Vielen Dank der Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal.

Gemütlicher Rückzug für Stadtentdecker

Villenetage mit großbürgerlich-künstlerischem und sehr persönlichem Flair. Gute Anbindung mit Tram und Metro zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Lage im Vorort und an Kreuzung nicht unbedingt "idyllisch" und ruhig - für unseren Stadturlaub im Winter bei geschlossenen Fenstern und viel "Unterwegssein"aber gut machbar. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Gemütlicher Rückzugsort für Stadtentdecker

Gleich zu Anfang: Ja, die Wohnung liegt an einer lauten Straßenkreuzung in einem wenig attraktiven Vorort. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern (Winter) schliefen aber unsere Kinder selbst im nach vorne liegenden Schlafzimmer nach anstrengenden Unternehmungen in der Stadt wie die Murmeltiere und auch nach hinten raus war es OK. Die Straßenbahn quietscht nicht; nervtötender sind eher die Sirenen der Krankenwagen. Als Landpomeranzen nahmen wir das Ganze als Sound der Großstadt bei unserem selbstgewählten Stadturlaub. Die Wohnung entschädigt mit einem individuellen und künstlerischen Flair, die einem das Gefühl gibt, mit Freunden die Wohnung getauscht zu haben. Preis-Leistung sehr gut und zu viert viel luxuriöser Platz! Anbindung mit Tram und Metro zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten unkompliziert, man ist mit der grünen U-Bahn-Linie in 15 Minuten mitten im Zentrum. Kleiner Supermarkt mit ausreichendem Angebot in Laufnähe. Das Auto kann man für eine Woche stehenlassen (auf dem Grundstück). Einziger Ausflug mit dem Auto war für uns 15min Fahrt zum tollen Aquapalace. Achtung für Kaffeejunkies: Es gibt nur eine Dolce Gusto-Maschine, keine Filterkaffeemaschine. Ggf. FrenchPress einstecken oder "Türkisch" aufgießen. Kapseln und Tee waren aber da und auch einiges an Ferienwohnung-Ausstattung wie löslicher Kaffee, Salz, Zucker, Öl. Für manches wäre eine Bedienungsanleitung sinnvoll (Multimedia-Fernseher, Whirlpool, Einbaumikrowelle). Die Vermieterin/Künstlerin ist sehr nett, sie wohnt im Obergeschoss; Übergabe der Wohnung erfolgt aber separat. Die Kaution mussten wir übrigens nicht hinterlegen. Wir kommen gern wieder!
