Clean property with good location and quiet street. Checkin was not smooth and couldn’t get access to the property for a couple hours. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else

There was an issue with our smart lock, and we offered you one free night and a late checkout to make up for it. Considering the compensation provided and the fact that you mentioned the home was clean and quite nighbourhood , this rating doesn’t feel fair. I would not recommend you to future hosts based on this experience

House was clean. Good sized bedrooms. One side of one bed was lop sided. Almost like the frame was partly broken but other than this the house was good. Checkin process wasn’t the best. The code I was given did not work and it took too long to get in touch with the host to gain access. Was waiting over 1.5 hours late at night. If this didn’t happen it’s a 4/5 stars.
