Upon entry, to the left is bedroom one containing two sets of bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom as well as an attached laundry room complete with two sets of washers and dryers. Across the hall is the second bedroom with two king beds and en-suite bathroom that doubles with access to the pool.

 

Walking up the staircase you'll find the main floor. To the left is a third bedroom containing two king beds and a full bath. To the right, is the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Sit back, relax and soak up the picturesque views of the ocean as you enjoy breakfast at the bar or take your morning coffee out onto the spacious balcony to feel the island breeze.

 

On the top floor, accessed by a spiral staircase, is solely the master suite. This bedroom has a California king bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony.

 

The outdoor entertaining area is stunning, featuring a custom heated pool with waterfalls and built-in hot tub.
