Texas Tubes is conveniently located next door, making it easy to rent tubes and catch the shuttle for a day on the river. Historic Downtown New Braunfels is just a short walk away, where you'll find shopping, restaurants, live music, and local attractions.

Inside, you'll enjoy simulated wood flooring, plantation shutters, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, central heating and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Pet Fees

Dogs under 40 lbs: $25 per day

Dogs over 40 lbs: $40 per day

One-time cleaning fee: $35 per stay (covers additional cleaning inside the cottage)

Yard cleanup is the responsibility of the pet owner.

Important: Dogs are not permitted on beds or upholstered furniture. If excessive pet hair is found on bedding or furniture requiring additional cleaning or replacement, the $300 pet deposit will be forfeited.
