The space
Main Level(upstairs):

You'll walk into the cozy family room where the kids will enjoy playing board games, spending time together, and watch TV.
From the family room you'll enter the high cieling living room with a huge open concept layout. There is a wood burning fireplace where you can gather burn wood and spend a cozy night together. The dining table is across the fire place with 12 chairs . There is another table for 6, huge fully stocked kitchen with 4 skylights and a big windows to let light in. Enjoy drinking tea, coffee, and cocktails on our front patio. The back patio is where all the grilling will get done on our propane grill, we also have patio heaters in the back to stay warm while gathered outside. The master bedroom with its own bathroom is located also on the main level. There is a half bathroom also in the hallway.


First floor(down stairs):

you'll find the rest of our bedrooms here. 6 bedrooms with queen size beds and our two newly remodeled bathrooms. Enter the Garage where you'll find the Game room. full size pool table, Football table, pull out couch, and another 75inch 4k TV. Behind the game room is the poker room. where up to 10 people can enjoy playing poker and other card games.

Head outside to our backyard where you'll find the 7 person hot tub. you'll love spending time in the hot tub with the family

House Rules:

Absolutely no Events/Parties!

The house has a 14 person occupancy limit including children. Anything above that will result in immediate eviction with no refund

No Pets Allowed:
Service animals and emotional animals welcome with proof prior to booking.

No parking on street

Parking is only permitted in the main driveway in front of the garage and the side driveway. 4 cars can park on the front driveway and 3 on the side.The maximum number of vehicles permitted is 7.,

No amplified music 24/7

Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.



Head inside at 10:00 p.m.

Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.


Take trash to dumpster locations

Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines

The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
