Very quiet, super sunny and bright 1 bedroom cottage on a private beach nestled in the dunes of desirable location in quintessential East Sandwich. The comfortable cottage sleeps 2 with a downstairs master bedroom that has a queen bed. Open area living room, dining and kitchen areas. Ceiling fans, cozy gas fireplace. Also available are wifi and highspeed streaming, linens/bath and beach towels available.
Steps to the beach for fishing and miles of walking on the beach or street, kayaking, paddle boarding and fun sandbars.  Short drive to restaurants, cafes, shops and historic downtown Sandwich.

Our stay was great! The cottage was very comfortable and warm when the temperature dropped at night. A nice quiet neighborhood so close to the beach. The beach was nice to walk on. Sunsets were incredible!

Spent nice 4 day weekend at the cottage. Steps from tremendous beach in quiet Cape neighborhood, yet short drive to many restaurants and shops. Comfortable for a couple’s retreat, this breezy spot was ideal.

Perfect Location!!!!

Short Walk to the Beach!!!! A long beach for long walks...Sandwich is a great spot with nearby bike path on the Canal, great restaurants, an awesome book store. The cottage highlights: Well-equipped kitchen! Washer and Dryer! Comfy bed!Have a great vacation!!!

We liked the place very much. It was clean and had everything we needed. Two minor problems -- we weren't able to use the fireplace and the beach was very rocky, making it hard to go swimming or walking on the beach without shoes on. Fortunately, the rocks were beautiful and we were able to warm up with blankets. We'd like to come back next year.

A blessing!

The cottage is a blessing-clean, bright, warm. Refreshing walk on the beach is just a short walk over the dunes, sounds of surf heard outside cottage door,, and night sky is beautiful to behold.
