The condo was in a very convenient location to downtown TC and the peninsulas. The kitchen and bath had all the necessary essentials for our stay. The unit was also clean and tidy. Our host made check-in easy for our arrival too.
We had a fantastic experience staying in this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The building felt safe , and the location was ideal just a short drive to great bars, restaurants, and local attractions. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in a convenient and cozy spot!
This condo is centrally located and had everything I needed. Clean, comfortable bed, modern… I would definitely stay here again. Host is a great communicator, too!
Condo was very clean and open. King size bed was a plus and was very comfortable. We always stay here when we come to Traverse City as it’s a great location with being close to downtown and a straight shot to old mission peninsula to explore all the wineries and lookout spots for great views.
This was a wonderful place to stay, very close to all Traverse City attractions. It was very quiet and super clean. We loved the king sized bed - so comfy - and the modern kitchen and appliances. Thank you so much to our wonderful and gracious host who gave very clear directions and was very accommodating. We would love to stay again!
We loved the location. Far enough away from downtown to avoid the crowds but location directly on the bike path, made it a quick, easy trip by bike. The condo was as advertised and has everything you need. It is located on a busy street but that did not bother us and we actually walked to some local bakeries and restaurants.
Overall, this condo was clean, well-maintained, and centrally located, which made getting around very convenient. The parking was excellent, and we appreciated the overall tidiness of the space. That said, the condo felt better suited for a short stay rather than a longer one. The kitchen, while modern and visually appealing, was minimally stocked for cooking—there were very few knives (only small ones), limited cookware, and no standard coffee maker, just a Keurig with a few pods. This made preparing meals a bit of a challenge. The closet needed more hanger and places to put suit cases other than the floor. Some luggage holders would be nice. The sleeping arrangements also weren’t ideal for more than two people or friends traveling together. While a pullout couch was listed, it wasn’t really usable—it was flimsy and kept sliding back into the sofa frame. The main bed had a memory foam mattress that was uncomfortable. Luckily, they did provide extra blankets, as I had to sleep on the couch since the pullout wasn’t functional. The T.V didn’t have any cable and you were expected to sign into your own subscription to watch shows or watch the free channels. Hopefully this was user error but if not this should be listed on the booking. If you're planning a quick stay and don't intend to cook much or need extra sleeping space, this could be a great fit. However, for longer stays or groups larger than two, you might find the amenities and sleeping options a bit limiting
The property was great! Mark was very communicative, smooth checkin/check out process. Very clean and as described.
On-site parking was easy. The walk in closet was even the perfect place for our toddler to sleep in her travel crib!
The condo was lovely - so clean, updated, and in a fabulous location. We walked from the condo to the G.T. Bay in 15 minutes, and were downtown on Front Street in less than a 10 minute drive. Matt, our host, was by far the most accomodating, kind and helpful VRBO host we have ever encountered. We look forward to renting the condo the next time we head north!
The location was excellent. Clean building and property. Almost everything is new in the condo. Kitchen knives would have been nice, but everything else was great.
We loved how quiet the building was, and how close it was to downtown. It was cozy in size and the couch was so soft! It was clean and the perfect size for a quick weekend getaway.
