Safe, clean, well designed smart home in QUIET neighborhood. Electric HEAT PUMP along with rooftop solar backup HEATS SPA AND POOL. Spa can be heated to 100 degrees F and pool to 86 F all from the flip of a switch inside the home day or night.

Smart door lock with personal entry code for security along with smart entry lighting and property landscape lighting. Smart smoke/CO2 monitoring for your safety along with all windows and doors.

Pool , lawn and landscape are professionally maintained. All bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided for your use. Living room has 55 in smart tv with smartcast. Master bedroom, twin and queen bedroom all have new Flatscreen TVs with ultra 1080p 4k digital High Def service. Lanai has smart TV to cast a movie outside from your netflix account or watch a network show. FREE WIRELESS high speed wifi for streaming. There is a portable highchair and pack n play if needed.

We have beach chairs, floats, pool toys and umbrellas available in the garage for your beach enjoyment. Poolside bar with electric on the pool deck . Bring the blender outside for those frozen colatas .

Port Charlotte Get-A-Way

The house is fully equipped for beach time, swimming in the pool, and daily living just like a home away from home. Thank you to the excellent host and a very well maintained house. We would definitely stay here again.

Has everything you need for a relaxing vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed everyday. The pool area is landscaped to give you privacy. The house is close to store & restaurants, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We will definitely consider this property for our next vacation.

Absolutely stunning!

Great location close to beaches and shopping. Couldn’t have had a nicer time. Property is immaculate and a true paradise. Loved everything about this home from the pool to the layout of the rooms! Will definitely be back.

Relaxing Summer Vacation

This was our second time staying at this house. We love the house and the location, it feels like home. The quiet neighborhood is a plus. And if we want to eat out, a number of restaurants are not far away. The patio and pool area is a lovely place to sit and relax, with enough privacy to be comfortable.

Lovely, comfortable home! Close to family we were visiting. Gorgeous!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Owners were very quick to reply to any questions. Home was very comfortable and decorated nicely. Well furnished! (Although we had to place glass items up higher as we have a toddler). We miss it already.

Great property!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at your property over Christmas. The house was clean and well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were great and we used them each day. As others have noted, the TVs are connected to antenna and also have smart capabilities. What we didn't watch on local stations, we screen casted from our devices thanks to the capable WiFi. The only thing to note is that this location is bit of a drive from most "tourist" attractions - beaches, museums, etc. Thanks for a great getaway.

We love it!

We love this area of Florida and couldnt have asked for a nicer house! Pool was warm and clean, house was perfectly stocked with everything we would have ever needed. My family felt completely a home here and I would give a very high recommendation. Owner is quick to respond which is great. The washer was broke when we arrived and a new one arrived in less than 12 hours. Looking forward to coming back again and again! Roberta

Can't believe my tan!

We spent the entire month of May at the house and were sad when we had to leave. Not only was the house perfect for our needs, the weather also cooperated being in the 90's, yes 90's, in May. The location is perfect for anything you need and we met such friendly people at the restaurants when we went out. Jerry the caretaker was very helpful and if needed was there at a moment's notice which we appreciated. The pool was great and we all went home with a tan. If you are looking for a vacation home in Port Charlotte this is the place!

Nice house but a little disappointed

Loved the house and location.. the beds were so comfy wish I could have brought them home with us.. the pool and hot tub temps were amazing!! Now for the bad dirty dishes in the cupboards and the hot tub they put a time limit on it and can only be used up til 9 pm which would have been nice to know considering most days we didn't get back from beaches or sightseeing until 9 or later and would have been nice to come back after a long day and relax in the hot tub or after kids went to bed... there were ants in the pool area as well...

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a wonderful time staying with my young children and parents while visiting my sister who recently moved to Florida. Our time was spent mostly outside under the lanai and in the pool and hot tub in the evenings after our day of adventures. The host, Alisa, answered all of my questions right away and was kind enough to have the pool fencing set up for our children when we arrived. The house was a great set up for us and we enjoyed having a beautiful kitchen to cook in and eat most of our meals. The neighborhood is very quiet, like the listing states. We took care of the house and appreciated all of it. We are thankful for such a nice family vacation and a perfect spot for all of us to get to be together.

Beautiful Home

We just got back from our week long stay. The home is beautiful and centrally located. The pool area is beautiful and where we spent most our time even with the rain every day. We are not ones to complain so we did not contact the owner during our stay but there were a few things that they may consider looking into for future guests. First off we were not aware that you are only able to use to spa between 9am-9pm. This was an issue for us. We would have loved the option to use it later, even if we had to pay a little more. I think it is too early to shut it down. Second we had problems with the electrical outlets in the bedrooms. One night they would work, the next night we had to change outlets. It was a game of musical outlets nightly. You need new batteries in the garage door opener. It was a challenge everyday to get it opened. We usually cookout one night on the grill, but it didnt look like it had been cleaned in a while and decided to pass on this vacation. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home. However, we will be staying elsewhere next year.

Fun retreat

We enjoyed the property. The pool was great! The home was in pristine condition. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice for walking and the Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda area has lovely Harborside walking trails for walking or biking. My only negative comment would be the television channel availability. The house does not have cable or satellite so finding channels was a challenge because the broadcast channels were only available over the air with no channel guide, and you needed your own accounts for streaming the apps that were listed. We have never experienced that before but live and learn. Overall, we were very happy with the home and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Port Charlotte area.

Beautiful, convenient, comfortable

My husband and I along with our 4 year old grandson and 2 dogs stayed here for a week. Our stay was way too short. We would have loved to have stayed here longer. It was very clean, convenient to everything, and just a short drive to Stump Pass State Park. The house was very lovey and clean. We enjoyed the pool after trips to the beach. Excellent Rental

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were in the area visiting my husband's 83 year old father. The house was extremely clean with a wonderful lanai, inground pool and spa. This rental was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 6 plus 2 fur babies. I really appreciated the fact that we were able to take our dogs along with us. I would not hesitate to rent again.

Quiet stay

Nice home that offers everything you need. Port Charlotte further south than most of our Florida stays. It is quiet and close to everything you need. I made the trip more challenging by flying into Tampa rather than Ft Meyers, but it wasn't a big deal. Wonderful pool, comfortable home. Owners have done this quite some time and have thought of everything you might need. Bought some extra paper products to leave for next guest and 1 pool floating seat. Great stay. Just give the property the respect it deserves.

We have been visiting Port Charlotte for many years. This house is clean and comfortable. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Spent many hours by the pool and Port Charlotte harbor Beach. Recommend 100%.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the house looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Heated pool is a big plus and pool area is amazing ! The neighborhood is very conveniently located close to shopping malls and although it’s a 15 min away from Warm Mineral Spring Park . Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

SW Florida has the ideal lifestyle to unwind and enjoy R&R. The best uncrowded beautiful gulf beaches. Restaurants are wonderful with lots of fresh locally caught seafood. Great fishing and golf. Not as fastpaced as east coast of Florida.

What makes this property unique

Very quite neighborhood. Great place for relaxing. Walk, bike the neighborhood streets with little or no car traffic.
