About this space

This new house with a heated saltwater pool and attached hot tub is located just 8 miles to some of the best beaches on the Gulf Coast! Enjoy the peace and quiet of the entire house that sits on a canal in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Open concept with triple slide away doors make it feel like the pool and lanai are part of the living room! Private driveway and garage. Private setting in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

The space

The 3 bedroom 2 bath custom home is perfect for a family or small group of friends.

If you're not going out to one of the many great restaurants or bars in the area, the chef in the group is certain to appreciate this fully upgraded, open concept kitchen. The kitchen flows into the living room with indented ceiling, a perfect place for the family to gather to play games or for movie night. There is a dining space also off of the kitchen and a large granite counter top bar at the kitchen counter. There are triple go-away sliding doors that open to the lanai with a bar and outdoor tv and brand new screened-in pool and hot tub. It truly feels as if the outside is part of the living room!

The large master bedroom has direct access to the pool, a walk-in closet, and leads to the master bathroom with glass enclosed shower. On the other side of the house is two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom in between the bedrooms.

There are vinyl hardwood floors throughout the house, a 2 car attached garage, a private driveway, and laundry room with washer and dryer. There are smart tv's in the living room and master bedroom that will be left in guest mode. Bring your bikes as you can ride over to Myakka State forest and other parks. This house is minutes away from beautiful beaches, great restaurants, bars, and plenty of golf courses.

**Full access to the whole house except for one locked closet, it is yours for the time of your stay!
** Please be advised, you can place order online, however make sure your parcels are delivered by UPS, Fedex or DHL to the door. There will be NO Access to the mailbox. Thanks for your cooperation!!

** Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the unit, as well as the removal or cover of the smoke detector. A fine of $250 will be charge is this is detected within the walls of the unit.
** Due to insurance and compliance purposes, only the number of guests stated in the reservation will be permitted in the house. No visitors can stay in the unit. Any violation on this rule may result in a cancellation with no refund.
**No glass on the lanai or in the pool area. No diving in the pool. No pets in the pool.

We had a great stay! The house and pool are well cared for, clean, and it was the most well-stocked house we've stayed in. We had a few questions and the owner responded immediately each time. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would recommend this place to future visitors!

Wonderful, good size, modern home with heated pool. Well furnished and excellent communications with the host. Clean modern home with lots of extras from the homeowners. Amazing primary suite and large second and third bedroom. Close to a lot, but far enough to not be bothered by traffic or lights from town. Would recommend to the hosts a pizza pan or cookie tray for the kitchen. Maybe share in your welcome to look for the ‘about our house’ in your welcome note or listing. We didn’t see it for a few days and there is good info in there about the house and area. Would stay again and recommend to others looking to stay in the area.

Great Place

The place was clean and fine for us. The master shower had a hair clogged drain and I had to clean it out. I wasn't aware about the "spa bubbler aspect" of the cycle of the hot tub. The 10min of cool water bubbling up your back wasn't the most relaxing. A grill would make it better. They do have 3 bikes and beach gear. Ask before you go as you may not have to drag cart and chairs.

We had an extended stay at this home to escape the NY winter weather. It had the exact amenities we were looking for. A fenced in yard for our chocolate lab, warm pool, hot tub, and reverse osmosis water system. This is also a newer home which matched with my decorative style. I've never stayed in a rental home that was as well stocked as this one with most everything from toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, toiletries, spices, cookware etc. The only 2 things we wished we had were a vacuum cleaner and a grill. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Not too hard or too soft! The home owner, David was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. This home was on a nice quiet street without much traffic. There weren't many homes around it. They were just starting to build a few more homes on that street. We enjoyed watching the fish, turtles and occasional small gator in the fresh water canal in the back of the home. We enjoyed being close to many supermarkets, restaurants, beach and a dog park all within a 10-15 min. drive. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend this property!

One of the most gracious and accommodating hosts we’ve ever experienced at a VRBO. The home itself was incredibly well stocked—truly one of the best we’ve stayed in. You could easily arrive with just your clothes and swimsuits, as just about everything you could possibly need is already there. They have clearly thought of every little detail to make your stay more comfortable.We had an amazing time and especially enjoyed spending so much time in the pool with the volleyball net and basketball hoop, as well as the hot tub. The fully fenced-in yard was also a huge bonus for our pups.If I had to be picky and offer any suggestions for improvement, I would say the lounge chairs are worn and could use replacing, and the beds were not the most comfortable and could benefit from new mattresses. One easy option could be "memory foam mattresses in a box” (available on Amazon), which are relatively inexpensive and very comfortable.We also purchased a charcoal grill during our stay and left it behind for future guests to use—just bring your charcoal!We would absolutely love to come back again. This house has EVERYTHING you need. We had so much fun. Myself, kids, dog, and husband enjoyed every aspect of this house. Beautifully decorated, clean, amazing fully fenced in backyard for our dog, wonderful clean and relaxing pool with hot tub. Everything worked great! Sitting outside and enjoying the pool was our favorite. Kitchen fully stocked to make meals. TV’s worked great! Comfortable EVERYTHING! If I could I’d give more than 5 stars I would. Communication with host was wonderful. Will definitely look to stay here again if available. Overall great property. Very private and secure. Thanks for the great stay!
