Second time in this amazing cabin & it was just as good as the first time. Long soaks in the huge clawfoot tub in front of the fireplace, lovely hikes in the woods with native azaleas & mountain laurels in bloom, relaxing massage in Helen followed by some leisurely shopping and peace & quiet at the cabin made for a wonderful weekend.
Great getaway for two. The only issue we had was that our Ford GPS got us horribly lost and turning around on the tight dirt roads was a bit precarious, but once we arrived, our stay was lovely!

Great house and location. Plenty of room inside and outdoor space was amazing. I would note the there is little to no cell service but wifi is available. There is also a landline if phone is needed.
This cabin is better than advertised! I had a wonderful time, from hiking nearby to stringing up my hammock on the porch and swaying in the quiet breeze to relaxing during a fabulous massage to soaking in the giant jetted tub with the fireplace going. The property managers were attentive, but not overly so. Overall, a great rental!
Our cabin was perfect and had everything we could need or want. It was in a beautiful wooded area but still close to Helen and other places we wanted to visit. The claw foot jacuzzi tub was especially nice after a long hike up to Anna Ruby falls. It was nice to have security cameras and lights on the porch that included audio to warn that if yougo near the cabin, you’re being recorded. We had dinner at Cowboys and Angels in Helen and breakfast at Batesville country store on a scenic route to Lakemont to see Rabun Lake. It was a very peaceful break and we would be happy to stay here again if we visit the area again! Thank You!
We appreciated that this was located away from the hustle of Helen. The road getting there was a bit rough, had to go slow through some bumps. The first night we tried to use the tub there wasn't enough hot water to even fill it 1/4 full, even though we hadn't used any hot water in quite a few hours, but the next morning it was fine. Two recommendations would be for blackout curtains to block the porch light and for a larger bathroom mirror. Loved how quiet it was, and the perfect size for two!
