Me and my family had a wonderful time for the weekend. The house was clean, spacious and had very easy walking access to the downtown shopping of Hannibal, MO. Will absolutely stay here again.

Amazing place in a great location

Our entire experience was fabulous. We were in town for a family event, and this property was perfectly situated for what we needed. It was extremely clean and we loved the set-up. Highly recommend this location!

Very nice place to stay. The vicinity next to the busy road, while a little unsettling at first, was NO problem at all. Convenient to museums and restaurants with easy walks. Something I comment with 90% of vacation rentals…..Kleenex??!! Why can’t a box of tissue be thought of by property managers? Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Widow Douglas’ .

My adult daughter and I came back to our hometown for my 50th High School reunion. The house was exactly as described. We loved staying here. Other classmates stopped by the first night and loved the house. We couldn’t have been happier

We went on a girl's trip.. The location house was beautiful. We did a ghost tour.A cave tour went to the winery.. Did some shopping and played cards at night?Felt very safe.

Family Road Trip Stop

We stayed a few days here on a family road trip. It was a great location downtown and close to everything we wanted to see/visit. As runners, there were plenty of safe, well-lit places to run as soon as you stepped out the door. Running tp and up Lover's Leap was a fun challenge! If you are looking to a nice place close to activities and food, this is the place to be.

Lovely stay, great location

This renovated property is modern, clean, attractive, comfy and mere minutes from most Hannibal attractions. The downtown shopping is classic Main Street USA as is typical of historic towns. Check out Java Jive!! Sue-ann was great to communicate with. Recommend!

Wonderful host

Sue-Ann's place is great! She thought of everything you could need in a short-term stay. We stayed with 3 kids under 6 and they had a great time. It was so nice to not have to worry about dishes, coffee, toiletries, towels, etc. Thank you Sue-Ann for such a stress-free home to stay in!

Lovely property

I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. It was within walking distance of Main Street. It was so clean and tidy. Sue-ann immediately reached out and accommodated us with a pack n play for our daughter which we were so grateful for. The only con would be the sound from the main road but that was never a problem for us.

Great space & Location

Sue-Ann was an amazing host! I texted her and she responded in minutes! She gave activities and restaurant suggestions as well as turning up and down the air remotely. Location was fantastic. No driving needed to the shops & restaurants. The rental was new and clean! Very well decorated and had everything you would need right down to shampoo and shower gel. We will be staying again! Misty

A positive for this home is its location. Negative for this place is its location. It’s great because you can walk to restaurants, bars, museums, and the river. The negative about the location is that it’s right on a busy highway. Less than 10 feet from the road. Unfortunately loud construction was also being done right across the highway. The host was very accommodating to our needs. They were able to program our heating system from their phone as we could not make any changes on the property..
