Beach Place #212 - You will find plenty of room, not to mention incredible views at this popular vacation rental at Beach Place condos. Just steps from all amenities, including beautiful beaches, heated pool, BBQ facilities and John's Pass Village, this is a property guaranteed to make lasting memories. Free Wifi.

Please note there is no phone in this condo. Beach Place #212 has 2 parking spots and there is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The full kitchen is stocked with utilities including coffee maker and microwave. The dining area fits up to six with additional bar seating for 4. The living area with flat screened TV leads to the outdoor balcony. Here you can enjoy the one of a kind views of the pristine beaches and heated swimming pool. Chances are, this will be your favorite spot to begin as well as end your day while soaking in the fresh Florida beach air.

The spacious master bedroom has a king and the large second guestroom has two queen sized beds. Each of these has a television and offers plenty of closet and dresser drawer space. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this a perfect spot for larger families. All bedrooms have overhead lighting and ceiling fans. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience. This unit is Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum Winter and Summer Seasons.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. A short walk are the gorgeous gulf beaches and heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities are here as well. Across the street is John's Pass Village! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay! This unit had everything we needed! The beds and nonstick pans could be updated, but we all had plenty of room. The view is absolutely amazing! Our cable and wifi went out our next to last day; which was disappointing. All in all; it was a wonderful stay!

Short vacay didn’t disappoint

This booking was a last minute decision and it turned out great! We loved the location with lots of restaurants nearby. The view was beautiful and the beach is also great. This was our first time to this area, we usually stay around Destin, but would definitely go here again.

The shower head in the master bedroom does not swivel, making the shower curtain blow and getting the floor wet. We love staying at Beach Place. This was our 4th year staying here. We will be back again.

You should know

With many beach condo options available, I would not stay at this location again. It was a spacious condo, but needs updating and definitely new mattresses. Ceilings are very low and if you have noisy neighbors like we did you can hear everything. When spending a lot of money for a weeks vacation on the beach, it’s customary for beach towels to be provided and a starter kit of the bare essentials like paper towels, Kleenex, etc to be provided before you get to the grocery store.

The only issue would be this condo is not set up with enough appropriate kitchen gear to feed a family. There were only two very small frying pans, one that was warped and no big bowls to make salads or serve family style. I would recommend they update their kitchen gear! Other than that, the property was great!

The location was ideal to watch the ocean, go to the beach, and walk to eat at John's Pass. The management was friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed all the restaurants and found a bar/band to listen/dance to nightly. My family was extremely please with the location, food, and even the weather. I would recommend this place giving there is enough to do for every age and activity levels.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had a good time despite the internet not being good, bugs in the kitchen cabinets, large bugs scurrying around the condo. The locks would work sometimes and sometimes not. The last step on the stairs is a hazard. Three of us almost fell. No alcohol involved. Common areas weren't picked up. We have been traveling to the area for 20 years and usually stay at the Crimson. Will not deviate from there again.

Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to stay in the area, we normally stay in the panhandle. This unit is located directly next to the Public Beach access. It was very Loud every night! Teens partying on the beach all night. 3 of the 5 nights someone was hauled off the beach in an ambulance. These units are so old you could hear everything! The door in the unit above sliding on its tracks, people screaming and yelling at 2am in the pool next door or in the parking lot directly outside the windows. This unit was dirty. The floors hadn't been mopped! The minute I removed my shoes my feet where dirty! The rug is so dirty its brown (supposed to be blue). The furniture in the living room was old. The beds are old and very uncomfortable. You cannot put the thermostat below 72 at any time according to Mngt. In the middle of the day the unit gets hot! The ceiling is peeling off from water damage. Wood rot near the sliding door from water damage. The patio chairs were old and uncomfortable. Chair rentals are pointless because the resort doesn't stop anyone from setting up their many tents and chairs in front of your rented seat. So you are in the back row of all people coming from the public access. There is no security to report noise or any issues. I felt like I was in the middle of spring break. The one positive - It was nice to be located across the street from John's Pass. If we do plan to stay in the Madeira Beach again, we will choose another condo complex. I would expect this from a unit that cost $150/night. Not one that cost $500.00/night!

I have slept on pullout couches I would sleep on again before staying here again. Jeff is sleeping a majority of the night in the recliner. I am up and down all night because it is impossible to get comfortable. Sleeping in on vacation? Nope. Not happening on this trip. I have contacted the office via email and expressed my concerns this morning to the office. We will see.

The floors of our place looked clean, but when walking on them (first day prior to any outing) our socks were completely black. Staff does not properly clean the floor. We had a water leak (due to the storm) and called and they said someone would be there today. Nobody came (and didn't the remaining stay). It would have been nice to have towels for the beach. Not very well stocked overall.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Beach Place for the last 8 years and have never had an issue, however, this year we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property when we checked in. It appeared the cleaning crew did a partial job on the condo we rented. Food under the dining table and food under the furniture is not a clean property. Everything else about our stay was amazing! We LOVE Beach Place and we LOVE Sun Host! We are hoping for an improvement on the cleaning in the future.
