This gorgeous Gulf front condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities and comforts of home complete with granite kitchen and new furnishings and flooring. This nicely furnished unit comes with fully equipped kitchen for cooking and entertaining, washer and dryer in unit, Wi-Fi, entertainment system with HD flat screen TV/flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. The sleeping accommodations are a king bed in the master suite, 2 queens in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the privacy of your top floor balcony or fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves in the master suite.
The building is equipped with a heated pool and gas BBQ grills and is just steps from the famous Johns Pass Village boardwalk with restaurants, shopping, water sports and entertainment.

Perfect place to stay with family. The location can’t be beat. Right across the street from John’s Pass which is shopping, restaurants, bars and water activities. The owner was wonderful she answered some questions within minutes. Lovely place very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

The location is great. We were within walking distance to shops, restaurants and water experiences such as parasailing, jet ski rentals, and boat tours. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. We did not have children with us, but noticed high chair, crib, step stool, and stroller. Fantastic for young families. The balcony offers great views.

This has been the worse experience I’ve had with a host. She accused me of being 20 I’m a 45 year old lady, told me that it was a mess had to do extra cleaning. First it was a mess when we got there and it was left cleaner when we left. Johnna told me never to rent again, trust me I won’t. She is very rude.
