Dissapointed

Our booking was Fri-Wed, for a party of 6. There were 6 towels and 2 washcloths. Saturday, we found a different accommodations for 3 in our party. Agent was notified the bathroom sink wouldn't drain within an hour of our arrival. Agent didn't respond until Monday. I let her know we had plans and asked her to let them in. Tuesday she blamed me for not being there to let someone in. I imagine it is still clogged. We were so aggravated we didn't even stay there the last night. My advise, dont waste you money on Yale house
