Charming, furnished 2 BD, 2BA condo with updates on the fourth floor, amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway, JIB Club Marina, and Jupiter Lighthouse from the balcony. Brand new kitchen with beautiful open dining/living room space. The spacious main suite includes a king bed, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom consists of a queen bed with an extra twin mattress in storage, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the balcony.

Amazing waterfront (intercoastal) pool with bathrooms, shower, and fantastic sunset views as you watch the boats go by. Direct beach access across the street.

It is a very convenient location near parks, recreational activities, shopping, and dining.

Amenities include private deeded beach access, a day dock on Intracoastal, a BBQ grilling area, paddle board/kayak/bike storage, laundry with commercial equipment, a beautifully illuminated fountain, elevator, and stairs to access unit. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included.

Non-smoking building, and no pets are allowed in the building. The condo was completely remodeled in the fall of 2023, including new windows.

The property is perfectly located between the Intracoastal and the ocean. The view of the iconic Jupiter Lighthouse never grows old. The unit is beautifully renovated with high-end finishes and nicely appointed. The owners are very attentive and have thought of every detail you will need for your stay. I Highly recommend this little slice of paradise!

Gem in Jupiter

This place was beyond my expectations! It’s fully remodeled and beautifully decorated. It felt like home warm and inviting, with comfortable beds. Paul was responsive and you can tell he pays attention to the details. This place is a gem and I will be back!

Nightmare

The condo was very nice. But there are definite shortcomings. We were not advised that the washer/dryer location did not provide a dollar/coin machine. Coins had to to purchased elsewhere. The front door to the unit was not installed properly causing great difficulty in opening. The stall shower does not have safety bars. I managed but others could fall. The sliding glass doors from the bedrooms to the balcony had metal thresholds about 3 inches high, a serious hazard...should be painted yellow or some other bright color to warn anyone stepping out onto the balcony. The worst problem by far was the elevator went out of order twice in the twelve days that we stayed there. We had to walk very carefully up and down the staircase each time. The unit is on the 4th floor. That killed it for my wife. The day after the second elevator broke down my wife was so upset she insisted upon going home which we did that day. We forfeited the entire cost of the 28 day vacation. The unit owner was pleasant enough but the place is a disaster.
