Place was fine, very clean. Love proximity to favorite beaches. My only suggestion is to add a working lamp for the living room. The ceiling lights were very bright and couldn’t get the cute artsy lamp to work.
While I was looking for a more rural setting the apartment met my needs. Even though the property was backed up to 101 it was relatively quiet. An upstairs toilet would heve been preferable but still, not bad. Had you considered installing a bidet? Also for future stays I may aquire an EV. A charging station capable of over night charging would be attractive.

the property was really nice. there was no central AC so it was very stuffy and smelled weird. overall was a good place to stay and will stay again.
Very nice place, nice and roomy, close enough to redwood national forest. Alittle more driving then we throught it would be. The only thing that dampen are vacation was the icky weather. Oh, and the management should leave instructions on how the heat panels work!

A clean and maintained property. The proprietor seems to put a lot of effort into making it welcoming and livable. I enjoyed having a full kitchen and basic ingredients (spices, cooking oil, coffee, tea, etc.) without having to buy full quantities.
Some older details need work like the shower faucet. It was tricky to figure out how to change the temp.
Loved having a laundry facility and free parking!
All in all a great little spot to call temporary home. Would book again.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the little home I stayed in for 4 nights. Nice and cozy. Quiet for the most part. You’re right next to hwy 101 so it’s to be expected hearing hwy traffic. The only complaint I had was the musty order. There is a leak somewhere. There should be a dish rack to dry dishes after you wash them. It appears that people have been putting wet dishes in the cabinets and it contributes to the musty oder. Can be overwhelming. All in all a good stay that I will definitely stay in again.
The property was neat and clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. Nice water pressure. A few little things were missing that would make it nicer to be there, like a dish rack, a broom and dustpan. In about a year this will probably be better, but right now there is new housing construction happening in the lots adjacent to this one so it is noisy. Good location to see Sue Meg State Park, Clam Beach, the Redwoods. The bedroom is very bright in the morning with lightweight blinds and sheer curtains, pretty but if you need a dark room to sleep, this is not your place. Oh and as cute as the idea is, don’t expect the record player to work. It does not hold speed and the sound is weird and warped. For the cost, this was great. The host is really quick to respond. I just think it will be better once the construction is completed next door!
The place was fantastic. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils. The shared laundry room was spacious. The bedroom was HUGE with tons of natural light. I'd definitely stay there again!
