Welcome to my little slice of heaven! This 2 bedroom located on the top floor of a 2 story Floridian Townhouse in the heart of Seminole Heights. Less than half mile walk or bike to many cafe's, bars, breweries , and restaurants. The Seminole Heights district is known to be the trendy foodie capital of Tampa centrally located and close to everything..

We had so much fun staying at this property & the host was a fabulous & attentive host! She was gracious with our late flight time giving us late checkout & also, we got into town late and she was responsive! We are so impressed by the customer service! Location is in the middle of everything in Tampa. not much further than a 5-20 min drive anywhere we wanted to go. VRBO showed me that the location was a 40 min walk to Raymond James but it was like 1hr 35 min walk and it was brutal in the Florida heat so keep that in mind if you’re booking without a car or going to a game/concert! What we wish we knew: Keep in mind it is pet-friendly so there is a lingering dog smell as well as a weed smell that is strong if you aren’t used to those smells. We think maybe the person underneath us was smoking?Master bedroom ceiling fan was very broken but she is currently replacing it! Overall great stay for the price! would recommend for a short weekend trip!

I chose this neighborhood because I basically grew up in it. My grandparents have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and everyone is so kind and helpful its like one big happy family.

What makes this property unique

My property is a fun maximalist home. It has some funky high heel chairs and even a swing in one of the bedrooms. The picture frame wall is my favorite.
