Park at your front door and step into your beach vacation in this quiet resort setting in the heart of Panama City Beach! This renovated, spotless 2-bedroom townhome is in the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, a gated community, isjust a 1,400-ft walk to the beach and the one of a kind Gulf of America! Enjoy the 11 swimming pools, including a private beachfront pool, restaurant & bar at the Beach House by the Cajun Chicks. You'll never be bored with the 4 tennis courts, pickleball, cornhole, shuffleboard, an 18-hole putt-putt course, and 2 playgrounds—all included free to use anytime. We provide the sports gear for everything but shuffleboard. Pack light we have 4 beach chairs, toys, a wagon, and beach umbrella. Golf cart available for rent.

Hello and thank you for reading about us! We are a family team privately managing these beach condos. We vacationed in Panama City Beach so often it was naturally our second home and we were fortunate enough to buy our condo in the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. We are excited to share our beach house with you and we just know you will fall in love with the magic of the emerald waters!
Why they chose this property
Welcome to Paradise! This has been our families beach actually since each of us were kids ourselves. Our children were all raised as PCB being our #1 vacation destination and now we are bringing our grandchildren. This is an awesome family town with so much to do you never run out of entertainment or attractions to visit. Of course you may never see the attractions because the beach is so beautiful why leave it? Well you will need to eat and again PCB has so many options you can please everyone!
This is our home away from home. We completely gutted and renovated this home ourselves as a labor of love. We've tried to make as homey and comfy for you to enjoy as much as we do. You will love the quietness of the resort but just out of the gates you are minutes to all the activities and food PCB has to offer.

What makes this property unique
Your vacation starts off great as you park at your front door in your 2 free assigned parking spot and walk right in. You'll love all the space you have to really enjoy your stay here. Also NO ELEVATOR WAITING! We love all the room to spread out indoors or outdoors. Coffee on the balcony or dinner on the back patio make for relaxing downtime.
