Spring Break

I enjoyed the place and the location is wonderful. I was disappointed by the communication with the property management. We were notified that they "upgraded" our stay and switched our unit because they were doing work in the original unit. When we got there we saw other people staying in the unit we originally rented. The unit we were placed in was more dated than the one we booked.

Place was great but AC was broken for over half the stay

The property was very nice and clean. Had everything we needed and we loved the location. However, the downstairs air conditioner was broken from night one and not fixed for us until day 4 of our stay. We were three nights with a broken ac in the master bedroom wing. They sent someone to look at ac on day two of us reporting it and said they fixed it and it was good. It was not and when I text to explain still broken they said I was wrong. They kept arguing it was fine. They finally sent another person a day later after I kept complaining and he confirmed it was broken and fixed it. My husband said if we wouldn’t have caught this easy fix it could have blown up and cost the owner thousands. I requested a refund and have yet to hear from anyone regarding that. We were very disappointed that this took lots of time away from our vacation arguing with management and waiting on repairs…not to mention we couldn’t sleep in or use the master floor until it was fixed.
