Everything about this place was great! LOVED sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean in the morning and again at night :) decor and furniture really nice and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything was in good working order. highly recommend

Our "sister trip" stay was absolutely great. The condo was nice, right on the beach with close proximity to restaurants in FT Walton and Destin, so that was nice. The ocean was beautiful, we saw dolphins a couple of days, and the pool (and area around it) was always clean. The grounds were beautiful and well kept as well. I cannot say enough about how accommodating our host, Beverly, was! She went out of her way to help us with a couple different request we had, and we were so appreciative. We were blessed to have this vacation together, and we hope to return here again.

Great Beach Getaway!

Perfect location for our family vacation! The property sits right in the beach, just a short walk to the chairs/umbrellas for easy back and forth throughout the day.

Perfect location, perfect condo

We were a party of 3, my husband and his brother who had a fishing trip on the Gulf Coast on his bucket list. This condo is absolutely beautiful! The view is breath taking, the beds are comfy, and the rooms are spacious and quiet. There were even some beach toys (boogie board!) in a closet. We also enjoyed the fireworks on Friday, from the front door. I highly recommend 513 Island Princess.

Do NOT HESITATE to book this condo! Immaculately clean with beautiful view of the Gulf from living room and master with tons of natural light. We loved everything about our stay and felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. Really appreciated the complimentary beach chairs/umbrella each day. The beach is gorgeous and was not at all crowded. Don't pass on this one!
