Welcome to your walkout basement apartment, located at the base of the Wasatch mountains with Big Cottonwood Canyon just steps away. Please note: This is a basement unit, and while we’ve taken measures to minimize sound, some noise from the upstairs residence (rented on a midterm basis) may be audible. To ensure your comfort, sound machines are provided in each bedroom, and we’ve communicated with upstairs guests to encourage quietness during your stay.
This modern 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment offers a thoughtfully designed interior, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The bedrooms include one king bed with a Helix Midnight mattress and one queen bed with a Layla reversible mattress, both chosen for ultimate comfort.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking and baking, plus dinnerware to serve up to 8 guests. Two dedicated workspaces make this an ideal spot for remote work—one desk is equipped with a monitor for added convenience.
Enjoy mountain views from the bedroom windows, and take advantage of the apartment’s proximity to some of the best outdoor recreation in the area. You’re just 17 minutes from Alta and Snowbird, 22 minutes from Brighton and Solitude, and within walking distance of popular restaurants.

This is a great place for a couple or small family. Location cannot be beat if you love the slopes, with great restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Would definitely rent again!

Cute but not functional
No control over thermostat (it’s in another unit). Middle of July and temps were 63 degrees. I was told there was space heaters but I could not find any, so I borrowed some from a friend. I needed to run three just to be comfortable. The shower had black mold so I had to buy some cleaner and clean it before I could shower. I could not shower if they were using the water upstairs, so apparently we were all on the same water heater. The bed was comfy and the decor was nice. The entrance door would not stay shut unless you locked it. It was a major pain when moving stuff in or out because I had a pet who would escape. Not impressed and would not return.
The property was in fantastic condition, and communication was easy.
We had a fantastic time here, being central to all the ski resorts and regular shopping areas, pubs and malls.
We would recommend this to anyone!
The condo was clean, well furnished, and very well stocked with supplies. It’s nothing fancy, but neither is the price. This condo is a great value. The 2 bedroom condo is large compared to most 2 bedroom condos at ski resorts. It has a spacious family room with plenty of comfortable seating. There are smart TVs in the family rooms and both bedrooms. It’s located only 2 minutes to entrance to Big Cottonwood Canyon road and only a few more minutes to Little Cottonwood Canyon. Without any traffic, it’s only a 25 minute drive to Solitude, Brighton, Alta, and Snowbird. Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley are about 40 minutes away. It’s about a hour to Snowbasin and 1 hour 20 minutes to Powder Mountain. If you’re heading to Solitude, Brighton, Alta, or Snowbird for the day on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, if you want to be in the lift line before the lifts open to get the first tracks of fresh snow, I highly recommend leaving the condo no later than 7am, especially during peak season or anytime there is fresh snow. If you leave the condo between 7am to 9am, what’s normally only a 25 minute drive to the resorts, can easily be 60 to 90 minutes with traffic, especially if there’s an accident which is common. There are several good restaurants, a coffee shop, and a 7-11 convenience store just a few blocks away, well within walking distance. There’s a Smith grocery store and ski rental store only 10 minutes away

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood for its unbeatable proximity to Big Cottonwood Canyon and the incredible year-round activities it offers. Whether you’re here to ski, hike, or simply relax, this area is perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors. Plus, the local restaurants and small-town vibe give it a welcoming charm while still being close to downtown Salt Lake City. It’s the best of both worlds!
